Yes, many has cleared upsc in their first attempt. Tina Dabi mam is one of them . She cleared upsc in 2015 with rank 1. She is posted in Rajasthan now🙏🙏
A fun fact) The owner of Unacademy (Roman Saini) cracked UPSC, got air 18th rank, quit the I.A.S job, started his own company, turned this company into a Unicorn, provided jobs to many and now within a few years he is going to be a billionaire.

UPSC exams are tough, but the interview rounds are tougher. Only the cream of the lot, comes out in flying colors. UPSC is for IAS, IPS, IFS, etc., for administrative services.
Kota and Super 30 training institutes are for another beast and king of all exams, IIT JEE, primarily for BTech courses although they also have masters degrees for which there is another competitive exam called "GATE".
Gyaanshila is monument or structure of knowledge......Karmshila is structure of hard work...
