You need a quick ingress/egress door, drone hatch or whatever. If you're under fire and trying to get to the bridge quickly, you might be in real trouble.
1) Speaking with on of security Guards in Hangar of USH Research ship will give you hint where to look for keycards. But you already figure out that second keycard is on another UCH Research ship. 2) There are 3 Data Caches types: 1. With 3 levers on each of four sides (various combinations) 2. With 4 levers on each of four sides (various combinations) 3. The one that shoots you (there are two combinations so far I saw) 4. The one with hacking game (there are three types of them) There are also Secure Data Cache and Ancient Listening Device. 3) Those plasma sentries weapons may give you Large Upgrade kits. 4) Dense ice will give you water containers so you may not need to mine ice asteroids. If you will comet in sector there will be full ice asteroid(lots of ice in it)
Oh my god Spanj! You really should park your Carrier at the sun with all your ships on. Then you can take a ship to explore, without worry for your Carrier. Just set a marker on the carrier with galaxy wide so you have a jump point to it in a hurry if needed
All I could think of when I when I saw the "Danger!" signs underneath was the need to add "Stay back 30 feet!"... At which point my tea left my mouth at a fairly respectable velocity as it atomized before gracefully landing all over my screen in a fine sticky mist... A question for the experts. We all know that the HV/SV with power on automatically fires from turrets, even if you are not in the pilot's seat. Question - and when the SV is parked on the open deck of the CV, will it automatically fire at targets?
With the carrier, if you could load it up with HV tanks and other players and keep it out of range of pois. How viable a tactic it would be to drop HVs from on high for a blitz attack.
Hi Spanj, does the The RF04 - Onager not have a parking area on the bottom ? you never showed the bottom of the ship. Because normally we will never land on a planet with it. Thanks for that great series.
Given that the Onager is a space carrier and isn't designed for actual landing (apologies if it _is_ of course) but couldn't you just put more docking points on the other side (bottom for the sake of terms)? That UCH captain though... I'm sure there's a cream she can get for that.
You always have so nice background music, which is so Empyrion like. I would love to know how to find that in game or the otherwise. Most of the places I find on the galaxy have quite annoying ambience..
Hey Spanj! I have not played Empyrion for a few years and i cant remember much happening in space, are you using mods or has the game just developed since? Great vids!
It's developed a lot in the last few years. However, this series is based on the reforged eden scenario, which adds a ton of new equipment, planets, and storylines.
The RF04 - Onager will be on the workshop soon guys. Just need a bit of time to get all the pictures and steam page setup and I will publish asap.
Looking forward to seeing this and trying it out. any ETA on it being published?

most of it is the Empyrion soundtrack. The composer was kind enough to send me the whole lot as MP3s so I can add them to my videos.
