IND Queens Boulevard line: R211 cbtc testing switching to the local track

Many of u guys have been wondering y the F train has been making local stops in Queens during overnight hours. The reason y this is happening is because the R211 has been doing some CBTC testing and once it's completed the test the zf train will go back to running Express in Queens.
