hii, when i open the installed ssms, the server name doesn't automatically appear like it does in yours. also, i dont seem to have Microsoft SQL Server Mangament Studio (Administrator) priveleges but only microsoft sql ssms. Could you tell me where I went wrong and how to fix it?

First check from which user you are logs in is it an Admin or a normal user or SQL authenticate user
