I would love to see these videos without the twitch chat. Holy fuck there are some stupid people giving PC advice. Please just ask someone who knows if you are looking for advice. Just build myself a 7800x3d + 4070 super set up and CS2 flies!
Also 3090 is more than good enough for CS if it works (since you play on so low resolution, it's 90% on the CPU). Just clean it with canned air and if that does nothing, there is not much you can do. Most of the time GPU problems show up in artifacts on screen (memory) or if it's temps it throttles and gives you worse performance.
Also, your FPS seems like what it should be. CS2 is super intensive on CPU and RAM speeds/timings. Getting a X3D processor makes a huge difference.
