How we record our audio | Part 6 | Leaky faucet
Welcome to Bruit Blanc AMSR. The intention of this series is to show our audience examples of how we produce the unique sounds found here on this channel.
Although our productions appear to be simple, the audio undergoes a rigorous fine-tuning process to perfect the sounds for your enjoyment. Here, we showcase an example of how we collect audio for our raw Leaking Faucet sounds.
Capturing the audio from a Leaky faucet/Tap is rather difficult. The reason being is that every tap generates different sounds. The amount of water pressure changes the sound of the audio too. Some frequencies in the audio are also quite tricky to perfect. Our sound engineer generally spends several hours tweaking audio for leaky faucet sounds.
We use a software called "Audacity" to fine-tune our audio.
