The taiko one is so cute!! I have such good memories of playing rhythm games with my whole family growing up (mostly rock band 🤩) and this video made me miss that a lot. Glad to see this video is starting to pop off :)
@@amandahansen1223 Rock Band and Guitar Hero was the glue holding us together in 2008-2010 😂 I think my dad got us like every single release until Rock Band 4. It was a big dealio.
omg this reawakened latent memories in my head of watching gitaroo man videos when i was a kid.. now that i have a ps2 i might pick it up again!! thank you for bringing it back to the forefront of my memory!! lol and gal metal looks so fun, ill definitely be grabbing a copy when i get the chance!!! i consider myself a fellow rhythm game connoisseur but im surprised ive never heard of that one! one of my favourite more niche rhythm games is mad rat dead, its on switch and ps4, and its a platformer where you have to time your jumps/dashes throughout the level on beat to the song. the controls can take a bit of getting used to but the soundtrack is absolutely stacked with jams and the story is really heartwarming i will take any opportunity i can to shill it lol
Mad Rat Dead?! YAY! New game for me to cover one day. It looks so interesting. Thank you! Gal Metal also has DLC that has new songs! So keep that under your hat. Nothing is better than reliving some PS2 Era memories lol. If every video I made could be about the PS2, I'd do it lol
I LOVE GITAROO MAN!!!! (Also Taiko is pretty fun too) Gitaroo Man is an amazing game the soundtrack is way too good and definitely helps it be more replayable I’ve spent too much time on that master mode (somehow only beat stage 7 on there once I have no idea how that stage is like the hardest in the whole game) Also personal favorite stage gotta be stage 8 I love Gregorio he is such a wacky little character and Tainted Lovers is an absolute banger Gitaroo Man also kinda helped me get into playing Guitar Hero which I have also played way too much of but it’s so fun (also got me into my new favorite band so thats also wonderful) Man rhythm games are great I’ve played a lot of them but I need to play more
Coil is your favorite band??? I'm curious lol. I don't know if I could name one. I would say Lammy got me really into Guitar effects and pedals but what got me into guitar is probably something silly like Hannah Montana 😂 Master mode is a beast lol. I was struggling for my life. Also!!!! There are European companies who make GORGEOUS rips of vinyl and they've made Gitaroo!!! I love my copy. Thank you for the comment.

I only dabbled with Gitaroo Lives, but I'm so intrigued! I was shocked by how challenging and rewarding Gitaroo was, honestly it reminds me of Chulip, that silly kissing game, a whole lot as well. It only brings good things to mind lol. Gal-Metal is TOUGH, but only because of the controls. I wish there was more game! Thank you for the comment!
