agreed, but she screwed up by making it political and including the police in that law suit, she might have won something if she had made it about the store alone.
@MushagasheNative I think some stores require you to show receipt when asked by employees, If you refuse, then they are allowed to call the police. Of course, if you refuse to comply with police that is an arrestable offense.
@ObelixCMM I think the cop had a right and reason to stop her before she left the parking lot before finishing the investigation. However, I do think when she volunteered to go back into the store, he should have allowed her so they could talk to employees and check surveillance. She seemed like she wasn't having any of it from store employees or the police. I just don't know why when she could have went home happy if she just showed the receipt.
I've been stopped several times over the years and asked for my receipt. I politely show it when asked, they thank me and I'm on my way within seconds.
The first driver was impressive fighting for the victims, but I hope Amazon did not fire him, as employees are told not to engage with criminals as they could get violent, just like grocery stores like Walmart, Target, Home Depot etc…As far as I know, this guy should get a commendation instead of a punishment…good job !!!
Did the 23-year-old woman tell her mommy to "come get my phone, my *BOYFRIEND*, my dogs" 7:20 Because she clearly stated the passenger was a 15-year-old male. Reverse the genders and there's a lot more charges than just theft.
Everyone has a panic attack when they get pulled over because they were stealing or doing some other criminal activity! "Mommy please come get me!" - pathetic human stealing packages. Total POS
People need to have a big lock box for Amazon deliveries on or near their door. The Amazon driver could put the package in the box, close the lid and lock it.
Only thing is most people get multiple deliveries from ups, FedEx, and Amazon. The packages be all kinds of sizes, so the container they leave out gets filled pretty quick and then drivers get reported for packages going missing 😂
Social media has convinced every girl between the ages of 15-30 that they have anxiety 😂 Remember when you were a kid and it was normal to get nervous before an exam. Now they're told they have a mental illness.
She was looking for a payday. Some people live their lives, looking for an opportunity to file a lawsuit, and hoping to be offered a settlement before it actually goes to court.

12:52, no one is able to to speak to a black woman that committed an offense. BS being spewed over the officer asking simple questions so they can repeat over and over that they don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s always a big mess.
Maybe one day you might show a video or two of Arkansas State Trooper Jacob Byrd as he ends chase speeding dangerous drivers with his PIT Maneuvers very quickly. The city and county police call on State Trooper Jacob Byrd when they can’t stop the dangerous, idiot speeding drivers and Trooper Byrd will turn whatever vehicle you are driving into scrap metal. The last thing these dangerous driver want to know or hear is: “The Byrd Man Cometh”.
13:00 we see the extra look, the extra follow, sometimes they are blatantly watching over your shoulders over others, I knew she had her tickets but she was fed up. I was an electronic store every time I look back to look for my sister I saw a white lady security I thought my sister became white latina. That's why i knew right away she was fed up.
Yep, that first Man deserves a cape! He seem like hes probably a hard working Man that gives a damn about things and cares and wasnt going to let some misdirected worthless little punk get away when he could have just called the police in his own defense.
So for these "money making scheme" to work she arranged for store employees to call police and police officer to act as an idiot, she must a criminal mastermind 🤔
The video narrator says, "It wasn't the best decision by the cop." What wasn't?! The criminal is always the one making the decisions. Police are required to enforce the law. When a crime then occurs or is suspected and under investigation not complying is also a crime. The police have to follow those actions up. Ignorance of any law is no excuse. At that point you comply with the police and argue it later with attorneys and in the court. I'd like the narrator to explain his version of what could be the outcome. Also whenever one of these lunatics is occupying the time of an on duty police officer for no valid purpose they are stealing resources from the rest of the community which likely has more pressing needs for an officer.
Cop has the burden to prove the lady at 12:20 stole. she has no obligation to show him anything. Now Costco is a different animal, because you sign a wavier to your 4th amendment right as you walk out for a check. "called your Costco card Membership"
I can tell you right now, that black woman was fishing for a lawsuit. Maybe it isn't the same over there in the U.K. but here in the U.S. when the police fuck up, that department becomes a piggy bank. Because so many of our officers operate under emotion and don't understand basic rights, it has become quite easy to bait them into acting irrationally. Every black person in this country is one taser away from becoming a millionaire.
Every black person... you mean any person. I see this crap often and it's not just one, especially those sovereign citizens or auditors. Fishing for a payday
The lady with the receipt said, I’ll go back to the store with you and check the cameras because i went through the register. I don’t know why the cop didn’t go check the cameras then. Also the store has loss prevention, they could’ve checked the cameras too
I hate the American culture where everyone is trying to be a victim and sue. None of that was necessary and if anyone I knew acted like that I would disown them.
Anytime at Walmart you have something in your cart that’s too large for a bag you have to show your receipt before you can leave. No problem! Don’t understand her attitude.
both sides were wrong, ego issues at play, however she (the black woman) did ask the police officer to check the camera in the store first and also offered to walk back into the store because she claimed that someone would have seen her go through the till, i know its easy to say she handled it the wrong way, but people do not realise the frustration/ emberassment it causes to be suspected of theft if you are innocent.
I couldn't understand that. If she's willing to go through the trouble of walking back to the store with the officer, then why not just show him her receipt? It would be easier and faster. If she's concerned about embarrassment, then it would be worse to walk back to the store in front of everyone than just present her receipt and be allowed to leave. I agree with others who suggest that she was hoping from the start to escalate things and try to win a lawsuit.
Society's fucked. I was arrested seven years ago. Phone confiscated with no access to it. I has to remember my mom's number to let her know I was incarcerated, which is a phone call nobody likes to make. Children who refuse to grow up.
I bet Mike is a complete wild man on his days off.
That's what she was planning all along, so she could sue the store and police!!!
100% that's why like always, she started yelling for bystanders to record her after she already had been tazed and taken to the ground smh

If he lets her go because she's refusing to cooperate that just emboldens her to have that attitude the next time.
“I don’t steal” is what exactly a thief would say
Except she isn't.
I've been stopped several times over the years and asked for my receipt. I politely show it when asked, they thank me and I'm on my way within seconds.
The boots taste good, eh?
When kids watch this out of a parent , no wonder they all grow up to be victims
Those kids will be told that the police targeted her for no reason and she is an angel
I swear, that last woman is her own worst enemy with that attitude.
She didn't steal, that cop should have checked with store first not assume somebody is guilty.
It could have easily been resolved if she had cooperated and showed her receipt. In the meantime, she subjected those children to trauma.
