Join Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May as they travel across the globe on their Grand Tour. A show about adventure, excitement and friendship… as long as you accept that the people you call friends are also the ones you find extremely annoying. Sometimes it’s even a show about cars, reviewing Italian classics, hot hatchbacks, muscle cars, pick-up trucks, luxury vehicles and more. There’s something for everyone (If you like middle-aged men doing things with cars, then this is the show for you!)
Prime Video has thousands of popular movies and TV shows, including award-winning Amazon Originals, plus live sport and more. All included with Prime!

Thanks Andy for all those years of odd, strangely prophetic text messages to Clarkson's phone.
Now it's on the drawing board lol.
Normaly Clarkson reads them and they start like: „You utter plums, you went to the wrong place called ballsack“. 😂
You realise they're all planned, right? The trio doesn't receive them without warning. There's cameras ready and everything
The trio and Wilson talk it through beforehand
@@davidjmemmett I remember one of the stars, after their reasonably priced lap, talked about how he was surprised at the amount that was scripted. It was right down to exactly when the cars broke down etc., at least back in those days. For some shows when the illusion is broken I think "alright, yeah now I see how it's kinda crap.." but honestly, I just gained respect for the guys and the whole production team, because I'd have never guessed it was so heavily scripted.
The amount of alcohol on the first editors desk 😂
Matt P i see what u did there 🤣
Editors are going crazy when they must do demands of presenters :D
and the 3 empty bottles of red label on the floor
This is like fuel for cars. You refine the edit till the point you are drunk enough that you dont remember and next day you can watch it with a clear eye. Like it somebody else did it. Requirement of the job, i call it dedication.
@@jonathan1391544 and the two bottles still on the shelf at 5:10
“I think that’s a bit long if I’m honest....oh”
Yuenex that’s what she said
still going
I wanted to like that comment, but let it stay at 666 (edit: nvm...)
I like how the editors that have been there the longest are drinking whiskey and the new guy just has water, you obviously haven't broken him yet, tell him to bring Jeremy a steak dinner that should do the trick.
+Alicia en el Pais de las Maravillas - Trying it, I suspect. I don't know how anybody who's ever tried Black Label would go back to Red...
Andy Wilman, pls don't end just yet. We love your silliness work, and keep the old farts in check.
I seen ALL of Top Gear and Grand Tour many times.
they're not ending, there will most likely be many more series' to come,
however it will only contain Adventure episodes and not anything else
@@DomWPC my favorite part of top gear before it suicided and grand tour!
Grand Tour should have a 2nd group of 3 new younger blokes. One day to take over the old farts.
@@InfoVblog
these 3 can NEVER be replaced
they are the reason that their show works and it wouldn't work with other people!
@@DomWPC Agree. The show is so good. Because of the personality of the trio. They're friends. They're team. They're colleagues. That's why they're so in tune with the others.
All the Whisky Bottles 😂
Toffi timestamp?
@@caprise-music6722 no particular timestamps, but try to find it yourself on the desk, near the bin and in the shelf 😉
@@caprise-music6722 here, I will help 5:15 back on the shelf
@@caprise-music6722 1:48 Johnny Walker Red Label (5:24 Jezzer is a motherfu...)
3:00 That guy is clearly outsourcing his work to Michael Bay.
Lmao, shots fired at Matt Leblanc there. Great work lads
What part
Why though? Matt is a decent but dull guy. His only problem is he just isn't and never will be Joey
6:33
I dont get it
It's amazing how you can see where the humor in the grand tour and top gear came from. Mr Willman is awesome!
To think Wilman has been with the group since series 1 of Top Gear
Watching this, was the quickest 7 minutes 25 seconds I have ever known ..... lets have some more soon, please.
i love how this video started off all serious like a car test
and it QUICKLY became a "what if I have to race an elephant across the desert?"
6:30
"Do you like Matt LeBlanc, yes"
So childish, so perfect 😂
Can we have an episode where the trio and the production teams reverse roles. Have three buses and, one with producers, one with camera men, and one with editors while may, hammond and clarkson try to film an episode about it
@Ross Bourne "with no help from the producer, i have figured out how to upload our video to netflix"
@Ross Bourne it wouldnt be the first time the film crew have helped the trio and vise versa
The whole thing would be in car cams cuz they wouldn't know how to shoot from the filmtrucks. Then when they get stuck it would be "with no help from the camera crew". And then the show would be over.
I counted about 5 bottles of Johnny red in that room. Good that you keep your editors lubricated!!
You guys should post some unedited video, so I won't die of boredom this coming Friday.
XD LOL
Oh god.... Yes,please. LOL
yes i want 250 hours of grand tour
This team May never die
I love those little easter eggs hidden in every corner of a studio :D
"Jezzer is a motherrrrr"
Met Andy loads of times, he is so down to earth its unreal.
BMW guy is a professional drifter 🔥
"Jeezer is a mother......" - another easter egg 😁
How can he even make a video about editing hilarious???
Bloody hard work editing is. The blokes have all the fun driving for hours, but then some editors have to start connecting all the footage into a cohesive story in a strict time limit to make room for all the live stuff with the audience. Even worse when there's a race and three separate crews have footage .
"Alright Alfie! Do you like Matt Leblanc? Yes..."
We can't stop watching the best TV trio that have ever got on screen.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
A video where Hammond didn't end up on his roof.... Rare stuff this.
hahaha
Yeah. There's so many cars he hasn't crash yet. Not the Corolla though.
Mr Wilman you are a Legand. We salute you sir.
The Grand Tour the Best Car Show Ever! you will be missed thank you so much.
Regular office, you know, with regular bottles of whiskey, just to get through the day.
I’ve watched every episode of the Grand Tour, and the last 5 seasons of Top Gear and never put together that Andy was Mr. Willman
You watched the Flop Gear seasons? Seriously?
Michael McGrath well at least he watched the 2 last OG Too Gear seasons also. Those were great of course!
Michael McGrath No, the last 5 seasons of Top Gear with Clarkson, May, and Hammond
Getting this in my recommendations is a kick in the fucking teeth after the Madagascar special is finished, edited, and just sitting at Amazon.
Who edited the edit?
Thank you Andy and all crew for your immense amount of work bringing this trio into our lives each week. And I'm just talking about putting up with them 😉
It’s awesome to see that Andy has the same sense of humor and passion for cars as the other three!
This was LOL, the coffee, everything is to long and did anyone else see the Comment about Jezza on the whiteboard lower right?
Engir no, I didn’t.. time stamp?

Seeing the behind the scenes of the works of the Grand Tour is great!
JUST LOOK AT ALL THOSE TRACKS ON THE TIMELINE!!! IT'S MENTAL!!
I love behind the scenes stuff. Thanks Andy. Sad to see the end of the normal run, but looking forward to the upcoming specials.
Such a brilliant, grumpy dude! Thanks, Andy for all of those years of laughter and tears. You could also run a quick one with the guys when they are doing the voice-overs. Cheers
if we cant say it enough, thank you Mr. Wilman. herding cats is a pretty fantastically difficult job as it is, but to make it entertaining is a true talent.
Brilliant, Mr. Wilman! Nothing but respect from me.
I get that bit of chemistry from Andy that i alaways get from JC, RH, JM
YES! We need way more behind the scenes videos, and if I may suggest, some interviews with the hosts between seasons would be fantastic.
Johnny Walker Reds everywhere! Make no wonder this is the best television series ever! I would love to see you guys in Newfoundland & Labrador. A hidden gem of absolute stunning driving roads. You wouldn't be disappointed.
This is good. People don't understand what it takes to film and edit.
When I make car edits and the big one I'm doing at the moment for my channel. I've done all the filming with drones etc, now I have to though a wholes days worth of footage and make a story in the space of 5 minutes.
*Super hard work, but enjoy it*
A day for five minutes!!!!? 24 hours is a bit much for five minutes. You'd be on like a 288:1 shooting ratio! That is a higher ratio than Mad Max Fury Road at 240:1. Even if by "day" you mean an eight hour day that is still a lot for five minutes. You might want to think about revising how you approach filming.
I know there is a tendency to just want to shoot everything, but at that ratio, you are losing it all anyway. In fact you are losing like 99.66% if what you are shooting. Filming and editing is tough enough without making more work for yourself.
@@frequencydecline5250 Yeah roughly 6 hrs or so worth of footage. I'm quite new to all this, but have secured a lot of film shoots. It's a learning curve really and I need to do a lot more planning and figure out what I want beforehand.
Mr. Wilman looks off his face 😂
That's his general state of existence
The photography direction and the editing was on point this season very much liked the episode on Georgia and overall stunning
What would the Grand Tour be without Andy? He's the best of the boys
Nice to see Andy every now and then!
He said to the dog 6:33 "Do you like Matt Leblanc" 😂😂😂
Imaging watching all that and knowing no one eles will see what eles happens 250 hours thats my new dream job!!
best show in the world. watching s. 3, waiting for next adventures.
Love the behind scenes cant wait for more. Would be cool to see how they built some of the cars in the films
You Guys are all Terrific
Thank you to the editors, the 5th pillar of the show after the boys and Wilman.
3:34 cheeky Red Label on the desk for those long evenings doing overtime.
5:20 look at the whiteboard 😂
Nice to see some of the people that make it work.
Thank you! Love all the little eastereggs in there
So many "Red Labels" around the office, best workplace ever
Thanks for the look behind the scenes!!! Love it!!!
It's nice to finally meet Mr Wilman, thanks!
This guy is the unseen 4th member of the gang. Without Mr. Wilman there is no top gear or grand tour, not the way we know it.
Distilling 250 hours of video down to one. Bloody hell. Never mind pulling my hair out, I'd be pulling my eyelids off. Hat's off to you, Mr. Wilman.
Give that man a raise!
This is great. Whilst i think the trio would still be entertaining if they were filmed on a flip phone and edited together in windows movie maker. It's the editing, cinematography and audio work that really makes this show stand out. It's just so pretty, and i love hearing about how much effort went into making it that way.
What an awesome insight behind the scenes. Explosions and annoying tires. Just the way I like it.
Omg what a pleasure to see behind the scenes, keep up the amazing work
series 4 ASAP please
Would like to see mega long edits of some of the specials shot so far (eg. 3x length with more mindless blabbering).. appreciate it wouldn't be for everyone but a lot of us would love it :D
These guys are legends
Loved this! Nice to see Phil and Andy
Mr. Wilman should have his own 20-30 minute show where he's just talking about stuff behind the scenes and rambling on with untold stories of their adventures. I get that some planning and scripting would be necessary, but still a low effort high profit project.
The Jezza comment on the whiteboard was the best!!
so this is the mythical mister wilman of phone
"Red label" on the editor's desk, on the floor and shelf - nice 😁
I just love the British sense of humor
Season 3 was fantastic!
I need more of grand tour in my life
nice to see the top gear crew followed them out the door👏🏾👏🏾
Seems like a dream job to edit TGT, though I am always learning new editing techniques.
I feel you with the time ratio, it takes 24 hours sometimes to edit 1 hour for a video.
The producer and Jeremy's humor seems to line up pretty well. Makes sense why they decided to work together
Even the editors are legends. I've lost count of the amount of whiskey bottles on that office.
To anyone saying that TGT is too American... Just have a look at this video because it doesn't get much more british than this... Everybody drinking, everyone looking rather miserable, insults everywhere... Jeez I love this team so much...
Can’t wait for series 4
Mr Wilman is the best tv producer.......... In the world
Excellent insight, many thanks!
More please!
This is a video I never thought I neededededededededededededededededed... from one editor to another...
Andy Willman and the crew are 10 times better to watch just doing their jobs than than an episode of rehashed TopGear.
Thank you for The Grand Tour Mr. Wilman. I would watch them 3 lot do anything. So please dont fire them.
I appreciate the behind the scenes.
All of you guys are awesome
This is a great video!
Andy the sometimes forgotten 4th musketeer. And I just got a smashing idea! A reversal of the roles (a small bit on one episode?) The other three musketeers do the directing/manuscript/editing (ofc they do some manuscript so that would not be too hard for them) with some help and let Andy do some "in front of the camera work, with a bit of revenge stuff from the other three)...
there are hints of TG/GT humor in those explosions and drifts lolx...
Do you release a behind the scenes of when the show (special) is being filmed. I would love to watch 10-20 one hour episodes per Special of behind the scenes .
I love The Grand Tour!
Brilliant, love this!
Shout out to the editors for making me laugh countless times
A fantastic insight! 250 hours of material for an hour of tele is bloody insane! When are we going to get some outtakes and or bloopers? We want cock ups people!!!
Seriously, you guys are the pinnacle of entertainment!
