Urban company bahut achhi company hai customer ko full time deti hai or achha kam hota hai or guaranty bhi hoti hai service krne ke bad 30 din ki
I recently book split ac Service 650rs.
They don't clean the ac very well it feels like the nothing change in cooling it was my first experience and never recommend this company.
What's problem sir explain me

Vishvash naa ho to refrigerator ke olp realy ka price pata kar Lena.
Urban company 1000 rs leti hai wahi market me 110 ka mil jata hai.
They do very good cleaning. But most of them try to fool us by saying AC gas is low you need to refill else your AC compress will get damaged. If customer is not smart enough they will loot us. I had the same experience today but i said no to Gas refill.

Mene last year Kiya tha...Banda upar upar saaf kar gaya or bola gas khatam he. Urban company se bhar ne k 2000 lagenge...par me apna personal bharu to 1500 lagenge.....
Fir dusre bande ko bola gas khatam he kya to vo bola nahi sab pressure sahi he koi jaroorat nahi bharne ki.

AC technican are company train partners .. they provide one week training for ac mechanic and no ITI certification, no experience in handling inflammable gas. Only ITI verified can perform AC servicing and repair.. 1 week experience trainers provided by Urban company.. they take premium charges from people...

Indoor blower ki speed automatically Kam ho jaati h aur remote se bdaane pe badti bhi nhi h , display pe FO Ane lgaa ..... Etc etc ye sab problem pehle nhi thin ...inki service k baad ye sab problem aane lgi ..... Ab AC Band pdaa hai.... Chat kr rha. Hun daily call request krta hun Roz meri story sunte hain ..ye log 24 hr me solution provide Krane ka wada krte hain... Then fir story poochte hain ... Fir same cheez... Aaj 12 din ho gye ... Man krta h case kr dun saalon pe

Urban Crap……Better to get your AC serviced by company technicians directly.
Bad service experience with Urban Company outdoor unit washing not recommended by manufacturer but still they use high pressure pump to spray water which damages parts and leads to gas leakage in future. Better to do servicing from oem manufacturers.

600 rs mein jet cleaning kaise parwadega? Isliye ye log bina matlab ka gas aur spare parts ka kharcha karwaa yenge. Rahi baat foam cleaning ki toh ye log wo karte hi nahi. Maine apne local mechanic ke pass se 1000 rs mein jet clean karwata hu.

Urban Company is the worst AC Service provider. They are tolerable when everything is fine. But when, repair parts or warranty issue comes, they are worst. They have taken faulty parts one week back and simply not replacing the parts. Our dozens of frantic calls are of no use. They are even not returning my faulty parts so that I could have replaced it with other vendors. Worst experience.
