I understand why she felt more offended by the giant cookie than anything else. Annie is an incredibly talented baker. Her baked goods would sell out every day. Taking out her anger on the cookie was more than just a comedic rush. It was a clever manifestation of her self hate at her own failure which was her baking buisness. I never realised that until now.
And when you think about it, Helen took her idea and completely shut her out of planning. She could’ve easily called Annie and asked her to bake items and bring her and Lily back together.

Helen is an opportunist who saw Lillian was easy to make a friend out of, with fancy gifts and luxurious events. But I am more annoyed at Lillian. You can tell that both Annie and Lillian grew up without material wealth, with Annie being tough through a breakup and business failure and Lil's dad annoyed at the cost of the wedding As such, you can understand why Annie was so mad at her for thinking Helen was her new best friend, and she was nothing more than a time in her life she 'wants' to leave behind. I'm glad she came to her senses at the end. Bridesmaids is a beautiful movie, with subtle nuances to how people behave in real life. The humor just blends that into the background so well.
Kristen Wiig had such a balanced performance blending drama and comedy. But! We are not mentioning Maya Rudolph at all! Her performance was so powerful! Did you notice at the very end? Annie's dress is the only one with vivid colors. At 2:52 the red color stands out over the rest. A very wise way to describe her character.

The color red can be associated with passion and anger so it makes sense because she’s about to have an angry meltdown.
