It's Saturday morning and Shawn Nelson and his family are prepping for a special Facebook LIVE event from their home in Utah. Shawn, the designer of Sactionals, has had his original modular couch pieces for over a decade. His family has gone through a series of covers and arrangments while raising their family of 6 and the sofa still looks forever new.
Shawn and his wife Tiffany are ready for a refresh for family movie night and so they invite customers to their home for a cool web-demo. What they didn't know is that there is a wild treasure trove between the cushions that are haunting yet illuminating -- good thing Sactionals are modular and washable so really it's NBD.

You had a block in the corner at the begging of setting it up and when you were clamping the backs on it wasn’t there but I couldn’t see any clamps on the base in the same corner, how is this supposed to be done on an inside corner?
Great video! Wish I'd seen it a month ago. I figured it out but wish I'd had your velcro tip! My method, while it worked, did a number on my knuckles! While not cheap, it is a great product!

Quick layout question - how do we avoid the “orphan” shoe hole sticking out in an L arrangement corner? It appears in your layout video two times then is magically gone in the final reveal.

Can I buy legs to raise up the sactional? I had the same problem once my grand daughter left after a year’s visit. All of her colored pencils were under the sactional.
This would be a nice option for people with mobility issues that make it hard for them to sit on low seats.
What firmness cushions do you personally use Shawn?
Hey Shawn, I was wondering if you guys ship to Canada? I’ve been looking around for the perfect sofa for our new home and fell in love with your sactionals. I received your catalog in the mail but can’t seem to order the sactional online... and ideas?

Are the cushions firm? My husband is disabled, with a bad back. Do you think it would be comfortable? Also, what is the weight limit for the seating?
