About the Album:
More Blood, More Tracks is the latest chapter in Columbia/Legacy’s highly acclaimed Bob Dylan Bootleg Series. This album contains the pivotal studio recordings made by Bob Dylan during six extraordinary sessions in 1974-four in New York (September 16, 17, 18, 19) and two in Minneapolis (December 27, 30)-that resulted in the artist’s 1975 masterpiece, Blood On The Tracks.

Beautiful sentiments Debra💚💚💚
🙌
Debra so sad!
This is getting ridiculous. Spending hours and hours happily wandering through the Dylan available on youtube. Beats the hell out of whats on tv though. "::)
right on !! on the nose!
I don't understand how anyone can listen to this song and not feel deeply touched. It's painfully beautiful.
Listen to Kurt Wagners version
well at least 90 people agree bro tru dat
This version is shit . Bob likes to fuck up his own songs cause he is a bored small man with no confidence. He will always be a nerd inside. Nerds fuck up masterpieces because needs are assholes.
He was still getting familiar with the song. You write the song, then you have to get familiar with it. That's how it works. This is only the second take.😵 You nerd.
Malibu Poet (1) This version was earlier than the album version. (2) I’m sorry that you’re such a sad excuse for a human being.
I remember this from 1972. Years before he left me with a one year old three months before my 18th birthday. As I turned 18 I thought I was a big girl now and could make it too. So I did.
Hello Dear, it’s nice meeting you on here
So good to know you could overcome all the challenges. What a strong character. Cheers from Brazil! 🎉
The alternate takes of the songs on this album are even more heartbreaking and beautiful.
Yes! I think exactly because it’s more heartbreaking it’s more beautiful. Or perhaps sublime is a better word
Couldn’t agree more!
thats why he hid them..read heylins book on the recordings of bd.
This version breaks me so deeply. That "ooooohhhh" is just filled with such resignation.
Everyone will be applauding him and saying how great he was when he dies.
We still have him, he’s still with us. The whole World should be doing it now, let him know.
what great comment so true
Definately I post his music alot but hardly get a like misf of his material most modern and popular I say guess who wrote this people hate to think of Dylan as a genius of poetry and music They are so missing out of his brilliance.
One of the most beautiful songs of all time.
true its awesome
I have to (someday) subscribe to his channel. I'll wait for another thousand. That is an icky number today. 666K.
Yes, it was beautiful for me as well. Have a blessed day.

Bob Dylan is such an amazing songwriter. He is in a league of his own.
Agreed, he's a genius.
Putting it mildly.
he's the greatest
Tru dat
....he Stands Alone....having transformed Our world...
never heard this version before...probably the most intimate sounding song he's ever done...
too personal so he suppressed it..and in minnesta session he reworked some words in at least 1 song.
Best Dylan album without a doubt! Every song is a masterpiece.
try rolling thunder revue its awesome

Chris I like your style u got it right. Song touches my ❤
@J BANKS I'm going 2 use that quote of yours I 💘 it.
i love the intimacy and clarity of this version! Better than the album version. imo
Nick Dudesville I prefer the album version, it has a better chord progression and feels angstier
Totally agree
I agree with you. This version is more suttle. I also think the Hard Rain version is better than the Blood on the Tracks version
I totally agree with you! It's a true miracle!
Yeah. I prefer this too
A deep & honest romantic. Writes beautiful love songs .
Hello Dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
This song helps us sing through all our tears!! Bless you!
❤️❤️❤️ Always.Thanks Bob.❤️
Hello Dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
Maybee i can't change but Bobby you've kept me honest
So happy that this version is online.
I’m gonna love this for the rest of my life 🔥

honestly, after 55 years living with this man and his great music every day since 13 years old and "Chimes of Freedom" battered me into consciousness, it's like this: there's Dylan and then there's everybody else.
It looks like we're the same age. My favorite Dylan era was in high school when Dylan would ring out of my room. He would stay with me when my friends and I would drive through the town. I graduated in 1969.

Couldn't be more true. I keep wondering how he pulled it off across two millennia.
Had to put my dads dog down this week , this song came to my mind so im gonna say......
RIP dalilah , youre a big girl now, we love you. I had 14 amazing years with you,, im gonna miss you
So sorry for your loss. I know I am going to have to face this one day with my dog. She's three now but I want her to live forever. They sneak into your heart and make themselves at home.

"I'm going out of my mind, with a pain that stops and starts, Like a corkscrew to my heart" is exactly how I felt after breaking up with a girl I loved in 1989. Bob articulated how I felt like no other musician ever has.
1989, the best year of my life. We met in Thailand, lived in England, and broke up on a sad day in Tokyo. Bob was there the whole way. She left me there in tears, 28 years ago. Bob stayed with me through those tears. Now, she texts me sometimes, but Dylan remains a staple.
A truly beautiful love song. Thanks, Bob.
Feels like a punch in the gut every time i listen to it
One of the best of his poems.
Hello Dear, it’s nice meeting you on here

...That Harmonica part always gets me 😭 like some wind passes through your heart, then suddenly gave you a sensation of both "Nostalgia" & "Serenity" 💭😊❤
Oh oh oh this song says so much. My heart 💜
"with a pain that stops and starts
Like a corkscrew through my heart"
I can feel you, Bob!
This song always seriously resonated with me . Feelsbad being full of feels right .
Referenced Bob and Used that line in my sisters eulogy.
The only other line that comes close to that feeling in modern music that I know of was written by Pete Townsend in "Athena".
"My heart felt just like shattered glass in an acid bath."
Exactly...my favourite line in this song, as well.
My favorite line too.....
my favourite line too!!!

too good for words....
Beautiful song of love and regret
Only those with a deeper connection with something unsayable can come up with something like this. Inner beauty is mostly expressed through words and through music, Dylan is one of those souls. May his message stay young forever.
indeed
Many of us feel this. However, Dylan can express in poetry!

So true🥺
When it comes to love, I don't miss being young. Oh Lord, lost love cuts you to the soul when you're young.

It's hard, it's tender, it's cruel, it's strong. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
If I recall correctly from my bootleg trading days, this version - most of us feel this was the best version Bob recorded - was rejected only because his shirt buttons were clicking against his guitar as he played. Such a shame this session was lost to us for 4 decades! I'm thrilled it's being released at last!
Hello Dear, it’s nice meeting you on here
This song has always moved me. Hadn't heard this 2nd version which I kind of think I like even better as it seems softer, more tender. Still achingly beautiful. Bob's love songs are standouts in his vast catalog and I always go back to them.
This is probably my favorite song off of Blood on the Tracks. This song reminds me so perfectly of one of my old relationships and the ultimate fallout of it. As sad as this song is, I always feel happy knowing that someone I look up to so much wrote a song that somehow embodies those feelings so perfectly
the ultimate FALLOUT xd
Ive gone thru almost every song , they almost all been my favorite at some point

Well I am back in the rain while you are on dry land… never has a breakup song been this caring and beautifull…
Wow. His singing on this version is absolutely beautiful
Wow I love this Bob! Oh Bob!
the graphics of the video are beautiful
another great version
Oh my god! This music is so true to the bone!
Right on!
Only Dylan can speak on behalf of millions. Those that suffer and are left out "in the rain" those that are moving on or doing it tough. Dylan has a place and its in your soul.
In this song, he expresses the sorrows of life. This song that makes a person feel sad, especially in final portion by his harmonica melody......
Best version, best take
Oh, and best than the original
When i'm sad and blue...i listen to Bob..and i feel better.
❤ You make the world better, may you stay forever young and give love to all of us - you make the world love ❤
Amen to that!
Just as beautiful as the album version. Love his lyrics. 💥
My favourite song ever
Most beautiful song ever written.
i love bob dylan of all time
under 400.000 followers, how can that be for the greatest poet of the 20th century?! Blood on the tracks is an album for every season. You can hear it in winter, spring, summer and fall and every time it sounds right.
Beautiful
Thanx for everything Bob...always there when I needed you....the best.
Beautiful song and lyrics old school
As Clinton Heylin put it with that look on his face: 'There's Dylan and...there's the rest.'
How does Bobby know what I'm feeling?
Right?! He should be a psychologist.
Because we are all quite similar and have similar feelings and experiences when you cut out all the noise of the barriers that people created for themselves such as religion, race, languages and so on. we all go through heartbreak at some point in our life and different types of heartbreak, Dylan is just an exceptional talent that he can tap into those feelings that we all have experienced with his honest voice and lyrics. No one comes close or will ever come close to being at Dylan's level at those talents.
@@Theimbennn Wise words my friend, and all true. Inlakesh.
There's a perfect Dylan song for literally every mood and life event. It's uncanny. Once in a lifetime talent.
sunshine864 you nailed it with this simple question my friend! I don’t know the answer to it but he knows exactly how I’m feeling too my friend!!
Magical song by magical Dylan. And better than the verions on Blood on the tracks. How can one person think of so many songs that resonate with so many people?
Picked up the more blood on the tracks bootleg series at the start of COVID and man I tell you I do not regret it

Thank you, Bob
Thanks to all who helped assemble Bootleg #14 - such wonderful rich history in all that you are doing. Keep it coming...
OMG! Love it...
This is a masterpiece.
Love these new uploads. Bob's songs from the 74 to 76 period might be my favourites.
Dave Cespedes Planet Waves, underrated album. Desire has some hidden GEMS. Black Diamond Bay?
+Walter Montiel dirge from the planet wave album is a phenomenal song both lyrically and vocally it's kind of a precursor to how raw and angry idiot wind was.
@@Theimbennn Dirge is so emotional and yeah Bob's voice is amazing. People that think that Bob can't sing can fuck off. Nobody has his style; for example Time Out Of Mind, Oh Mercy or Modern Times are just a few examples that Bob's voice is unique and wonderful. Nobody will ever sing like he did in Trying To Get To Heaven or When The Deal Goes Down. You got to love all his voice variations, almost every album is different, not only because of the lyrics but also because Bob sings differently. That's why you can enjoy Slow Train Coming, Nashville Skyline, World Gone Wrong or Tempest (:
@@waltermontiel4405 Desire is so fucking amazing. Actually it might be one of my favourite albums of Bob Dylan haha. I can't even choose between its songs; Sara and Hurricane are simple pure masterpieces but Black Diamond Bay and Romance in Durango are pure quality. And don't forget about Oh Sister, so emotional too. I love a live version that is available here in UA-cam. Anyway haha, I could speak the whole day about Bob's music (:
Walter Montiel Black Diamond Bay is truly an underappreciated GEM. Classic Dylan in every way. The instrumental into & outro of harmonica & violin duet is bliss. Then the colorful story, characters, multi-layered meaning of the lyrics (heaven/hell, Vietnam) omg it may be a perfect song. And the rhyme scheme and Emmy Lou Harris singing harmony is icing on the cake. God help me I love Dylan.
The greatest singer, songwriter , musician, there will ever be .
If it ain't Dylan, it's crap
But then, there's Neil....
@@christopherpeterson5868 there wouldnt be a neil if there was no bobby

Doc Ben thats true he was a big inspiration, but bob's on another level to anyone before or after.
And I'm back in the rain. So real, so relatable, so simple and true. A beautiful poet.
I'm listening, the tears, he's distraught and understand!
GORGEOUS
More possibilities in one Bob Dylan song than the whole career of other songwriters.
George Harrison stated something similar in an interview to Australia TV
Your the poet u no it and Bobby in your songs u wrote show it time is a jet plane it moves to fast but what ashamed that all we shared wont last God Bless

There is an especially nice photo near the end of video of Bob with his acoustic guitar slung over his shoulder and looking down at NYC. Whoever put this photo show together is talented and I enjoyed them. Thanks for this upload. It is appreciated by me.
