Dhruba Biswas all spares and parts are available. Own Optra magnum and cruze both. Both run on daily basis and crossed 5lakh and 2lakh kms. Need frequent part change and service. Everything is there without any issue. Not even thinking of selling these lovely cars

Never thought about resale still own cruze and optra magnum. No issues in servicing or parts. Nearly 10 years old cars and still no rattle or sounds. Stiff as new. Optra crossed 5lakh kms mark cruze just crossed 2lakh. Stock engines. Optra steering assembly and turbo gave up at 3lakh mark. Ac compressor changed 4 times in Optra ND once in cruze. Minor rust on right door edge. Changed all doors and boot rubber. Regular timing belt, gear oil, clutch plateaus change. One issue now with Optra was it's timing bearing failed soon twice not sure part quality gone low or mechanic fault or its gone too old. Surely not old. Both cars are still capable of throwing u back in seats with turbo kick and power. They still being that smile I still look at them parked like I did on first day I bought them.

meri beat diesel hai aug 2012 ka model hai 71000 km ho chuka hai...mai car ka shoukeen ho mai bahot mainten rakhta hun muze kam se kam 25kmpl milage milti hai...m very satisfied 10-12 year mai use karunga meri gadi activa ke rate mai chalti hai...i am feeling proud on my chevy beat...abhi tak keval maine regular service ki hai ...suspense still mainten hai...last hope hai ki GM jaldi firse wapas aayegi jaise ki mere karan arjun ayenge...free advice chanel bahot acha hai...hindi mother tounge samaj mai aati hai...great work keep it up...maruti fuzuki ke service zhol ko samne lao...

Sharing some info.... till 2017 March, i had a Chevy Beat LT Diesel (KL registered). I had completed 5 years on that car and was searching and planning to buy my 2nd new car (i20 active petrol). To Sell Beat Diesel 2012 KL registered Model in Karnataka (KA) state, it took a year (2016 march-2017 march).. initially i was approached by lots of taxi drivers, dealers and few genuine direct customers through OLX. Highlight of the car being its chiller AC, Good OEM sound system, superb mileage and steering with feedback. Chevy really makes some good cars. The interiors and plastics were Solid and good quality, did last long... there was no rattling in my car even after 5 years. I sold my car before the Company announced the India Sales shutdown. I was lucky to get a pretty good deal for a 5 years old Non KA Vehicle. Chevy Paid Service by Trident Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar) was superb consistently but was slightly expensive on Pocket every year (10-12K). Hyundai I20 active Petrol costs Approx 4-5K per paid service... which is less than half of Chevy :)

Sir you should do a review of the Octavia Vrs mark 1 which was launched in 2004. It had an Audi TT engine and can be bought for around 3 lakhs.
I have this car and I love it! Its the best car in its price segment, in fact, its better than some cars in 30 lacs segment performance wise.
If you drive at economy mode, like I usually do, I get a mileage between 17-18 kmpl.

Sir spare parts k rates me change ni aya , but bodyshop parts like bounat bumpers are vecome expemsive , for .eg chev. Sail ka bounnet 8000 k arpund tha but aaj 18000 ka hai .... yeahi chage hai baaki to spare partsa me zra sa change hai ...

No any issues till date.
