I honestly think you should probably interview some of these people, find out what has caused them to be in their current situations, find out their plans for the future and how they hope to get out of the situations they're in. Also ask them if they would be able to give something back to the community. They take but they should give back. They could do some gardening (clear weeds and plant up a community vegetable garden to shsre smongst themselves) or clear litter from around their areas.

What is the difference? If the people say, don't show my face then fine, otherwise, what is the secret and what is wrong with being the video? The more people see, perhaps the more compassion and urge to help. One man can't solve the whole problem.
