I really wanted to have these mic for my dji action 2! I know how great it was because in my dji pocket 2 the mic included in the creators combo kit works very good! Voice quality is really great!
We have 1 DJI authorized official store for New Zealand, in Auckland. NZ$619. Expensive, but likely a good investment. Could use it for my DJI Osmo Action 3, and Sony a7c. Wellington is like the windiest city in the world, so good to have an audio solution that solves this, and which is light weight & simple too.
yeah. i'm literally returning mine. When the lightning adapter is plugged in, instead of taking over the mic only, it takes over the speaker as well; as a result the phone can't play sound anymore until the receiver is unplugged. completely useless in my view and a huge disapointment for the pure design from dji.
Need your help. The first time I used these and uploaded my video on UA-cam the sound turned out too low. I had set the transmitter to + 3 and receiver to +1. Also I am using a dji Pocket 2 with a dji audio adapter. What audio levels do I set on the receiver and transmitter to get a satisfactory audio if not perfect. Thanks . I cannot find any videos on YT on setting gain levels in different environments. What's the thumb rule for setting gain levels between the transmitter, receiver and the camera.
I have a question. I got a problem with my DJI Mic. I got my DJI Mic too and I’m just trying to work out the perfect settings. My voice is loud and deep and I’m having problems with clipping. I already reduced the gain to -2 on my transmitter but im still hearing clipping now and then. I just released a video about the DJI Mic where im talking about that. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to go about that? Thanks 🙌🏼
Hi Lunchin, the DJI Mic comes with 2x transmitters and 1x receiver. It is great to use for interviews, even if both people are sitting next to each other. The transmitters are automatically paired to the receiver when you open the box. You are able to chose whether you wish the transmitters to be on Mono or Stereo mode - depending on your preference. DJI has designed the DJI Mic to work with interviews, and with 250 metre transmission range powered by the latest encryption technology, you can be assured that interreference between the devices will be minimal. However, this will depend on your surroundings and how much interference is from outer sources.
It’s the portable charging case for me. Excited to use the DJI Mic.

Would this work for a two person interview with both participants sitting next to each other wearing a transmitter? I imagine it will be interference.
