Using Behavioural Science and Human-Centred Design in Transport and Beyond

In this webinar, we present how WSP applies psychological principles to transport services and stations that support the needs of the people who use them. The webinar challenges the traditional way of looking at human behaviour and present examples of how we can use this understanding to create more equitable mobility.
The session covers examples of projects where WSP have used behavioural models to design physical and digital interventions that are more impactful in changing behaviour and provide a more inclusive transport ecosphere.
