YouW Student Profile: Maichou Lor

Maichou Lor, a graduate student from the School of Nursing was born in a refugee camp in Thailand, living with an extended Hmong family. She is the first person in her family to finish a university degree of any sort and is excelling in the early entry PhD program at the School of Nursing. She received her undergraduate degree from the UW-Madison in 2011 and her master's in 2013.
