Eva sang this at a funeral recently. My 2 year old son was at the back of the church with my mom, and she said that he was sitting completely still and focused listening to the song in silence while he was simultaneously in tears (silently crying) during the entire song because he was so moved. ❤

What an amazing track ,i watched the film documentary of Ingrid Bergman made up of home movies and many clips of all her children ,then at the end of the film this track played ,i felt so Melancholy ,cried my eyes out wondering wether ive done enough in my own life your young once you think your indistructable then middle age aches and pains where next ,thank you Eva ,Dave liverpool UK ;
Just watched that same documentary (June 2023) and likewise affected by this track played over the closing credits. Urge others to watch that Ingrid Bergman profile - for someone of her generation (she was born 1915) it is incredible that she had so much of her early family life captured on film and that she continued to make family recordings throughout her rather amazing life.
