The pyro at the start almost burst the entire bands eardrums as it was picked up in the mic, the drummer was burnt, all the issues he ranted about, he slipped during Sweet Child as the crowd had bottled previous bands playing and no one cleaned it up. Shit was sorted, Izzy and Seb Bach came out and Axl told the crowd "I never thought I'd say this an hour ago but this is a lot of fun"
I guess he was pissed off because the roady didnt see he had been having troubles with his in-ear bodyback. Roadies have to keep the eyes on there guys and immediately react to the things like those
I love Axl Rose to death. But couldn't he just speak to the guy in a civil manner. Instead of imbarrassing him, in front of some 50,000+ people. But that being said, so far during this GN'R Reunion Tour, from 2016-2020, there hasn't been any of these rants, and/or mishaps. So cudos to Axl Rose for becoming a bit more mellow & wiser, and I'd say humble too. Keep on Rocking GN'R.

The shows had energy even without Slash, Duff, etc. Talking about GNR of today we can't expect (obviously) such powerful shows as in their earlier days (time is passing for all) and Axl is now as a performer more like a parody of himself. I'm also of the idea that Axl, Slash & Duff reunited in GNR mainly because of money. Nothing wrong imo. I can't blame them. GNR is still a big money machine...but that's because of the people that want to attend their shows and we are talking about a lot of people.

I was at this gig and I remember this! Axl was bitching about the stage being too slippery! Then Tommy got pissy when someone threw a bottle at him. Considering I saw the guy from. The guy from Busted and aiden handle bottling way better than GnR did! We got to see izzy play with them that day which was pretty cool.
This is why Slash is better off playing with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Axl is a different guy nowadays, he is much more mellow. But he gained a few pounds and sounds like a muppet. But he is a lot nicer and that’s why Slash is playing with him again.
@@gnrfront axl seems cool now. I think doing the acdc tour really helped him. I guess in his mind, he was part of something that he considered bigger than himself, it forced him to become more of a team player. It was probably why the "not in this lifetime" tour ended up going so well.

After shitty firecrackets busted part of the crappy set up of the sound equip...(drummer actually got burned), after slipping on the wet dirty stage (previous bands hammered with liquids no one cleaned up), Axl kept pushing through....Baz came on to sing My Michele, they played for hours and Mr.Rose had a blast in the end as he deserves. From my understanding, in the In Ear Monitor wasn't working so he coukdnt hear himself. Then he has to try to go louder to hear if he's singing in key and it messes with his vote. It kept coming unhooked or whatever. You see him mess with it a lot but he couldn't fix it. Roadie should have fixed it but didnt.

I remember being there. He surprised everyone by turning up early and, in fairness, the first half dozen songs were fine. But this was just totally unprofessional and the crowd let him know it. No-one should have to put up with these pathetic tantrums, and credit to him I suppose that he’s now finally grown up. Felt sorry for Stinson who took the mic off Axl for a moment to complain about some idiots throwing bottles of piss onto the stage.
What exactly did Axl do wrong here? There was tons of issues within his mic and he was frustrated by it. Everyone gives Axl shit without spending a day in his shoes and seeing what it’s like from his POV. Instead of saying no one should have to put up with the tantrums you should be saying no one should have to put up with a lackluster sound crew

In this concert there were several technical difficulties. Microphone broke more than 7 times, ronguitar was off
