If you work with any egg replacers/egg substitutes you can probably use them according to manufacturer instructions. I do not work with any of them so i can not help you with that🤷♀️🙃

Absolutely! I collect all vanila pods and then grind them in a blender into powder and use it like this on multiple occasions .
