Had one last week. They look way better than they taste. They're honestly kinda dry and boring. Bc of how thick they are, there's too much batter and not enough chocchips which are milk choc instead of semi sweet which makes the flavor not as in depth and they are so cakey it's almost like eating bread. Probably one of the worst chocchip cookies I've ever had. Very disappointing.

Costco just slightly overbakes the cookies. If a cookie is perfectly done when you pull it out of the oven, its overbaked by the time it cools. They either aren't responding to the timer fast enough, or the timing itself is wrong.

It's been a while since I've had a Crumbl cookie, and I've never had the chocolate chip, but the ones I have tried (Churro, Pumpkin Pie, and Cinnamon Roll), were worth every penny I managed to scrape together to buy one. What I love about Crumbl is that it rotates its cookie menu. I always love seeing what they come up with next.
Having said all that, I only have a Crumble cookie once in a blue moon because they pack a lot of calories, but are so easy to eat! These are so delicious that you can easily eat an 800-calorie cookie and still want another!

I’ve had both, the Costco cookie sucks, brought home ate a few hours later, hard tough cookie. Crumble cookies are 100 times better, stays soft for days. I do believe crumble is over priced, but I would buy a crumble over Costco cookie any day. In fact the Costco cookies in the packages were better than the food court cookie.
