    You can tell with the plaintiff’s look on her face when the defendant started explaining his policies that she thought the rules were stupid and that’s why she didn’t follow them.

      If she's doing something illegal...he can get in trouble with fish and game department. Hunting has very strict rules to ensure that not only is someone not hording the supply but also to prevent overhunting which would ruin next year's supply. Deer in particular are VERY heavily regulated

    • @aartadventure
      @aartadventure Рік тому +9

      I could understand it if you asked for the balance back and were refused, meaning you had to go to the hassel of taking someone to court. That ends up being a lot of time and effort. That said, I haven't watched part 2 yet, and it sounds like the plaintiffs may have broken the contract details, in which case they are not owed anything, and in fact could even be counter sued in the right circumstances. It really all depends on the contract.

    Reminds me of the old joke about the three hunters who spot a good place to shoot some deer, but there are private property signs all over the place and a big farmhouse on the hill. The leader of the group decides it can't hurt to ask, so he leaves his rifle in the truck, knocks on the farmer's door and asks him if they can hunt on his property. The farmer says they can, "but would you do me a favor? See that old bull out there in the pasture with my cows? Well, he's on his last legs but he's almost like a family pet, and I just can't bring myself to shoot him. Would you mind taking care of that for me?" The hunter says yes, and on his way back to the car decides to have a little fun at his buddies' expense. "He said no!" he tells them. He takes out his rifle, aims at the old bull and shoots it. "That'll teach the old fart!" he says. Then his friends pull out their rifles and each shoot a cow and say, "That'll REALLY teach the old fart!"

      Most people I know who hunt don’t rent land. It’s either their own land, a friend’s or relative’s land or public land. The people I know who do rent go in as a group to pay. Also a lot of my family members are country folk. They have been doing this for generations. They can kill a deer and have it ready to eat that night. Although they do send it off to a processing plant if they want deer sausage.

      I agree with you, humans are living filth and don't believe that animals have rights. Oh but it's fine and dandy to kill animals in THEIR own home, but if someone kills a human, you will be damned to hell for all eternity by everybody, like that's the worst thing that can happen in the world or something. The world is overpopulated as it is and some people, like criminals being housed for free in prisons, need to be put down the same way farm animals do. I live very happily being a vegetarian, living a healthy life and not living a life encouraging the death of innocent animals. I couldn't imagine someone who actually wants to wake up everyday and work in a slaughterhouse... stringing up LIVE farm animals, slitting their throats and watching them slowly bleed out. An absolutely miserable psychopath, that's who. People happily encourage that somehow, I can't associate myself with those people. Hope they all die of heart attacks early from their overconsumption of red meat. 😚

I have so many friends and family who have hit deer. My bff has PTSD from it. I’m afraid to drive to some of my relatives homes at night because they live deep in the country and I have to travel some on narrow roads. One time I was driving and I saw what looked like dozens of small lights moving across the road up ahead. As I got closer I realized about 8 or 9 deer had crossed shortly before I got to that point. Scary.
