i actually love how even though it's flat-out just one huge back to the future reference, the aesthetics still feel relatively original and contemporary. the costumes and sets aren't exact carbon-copies, it gives this little sense of both recognisable familiarity and originality :')

After actually reading the lyrics, watching the video and, of course, listening to it, y'all actually brought me to the edge of tears. I can't stress how difficult that is to do to me, and I hope I'm not the only one. Like I said on the facebook link, amazing cinematography, and additionally very relatable lyrics. As my generation apparently says, you hit me right in the feels. Zack, you are a musical genius, and Jeremy, John and Seth are all amazingly talented musicians. I'm so glad I discovered your band, you've been my favorite since I found you and I look forward to much more content.

This song is bomb!!!!!!!! I especially liked the fact that at the end was open, albeit implied, and they never quite got together??? ALSO really curious as to why the band seemed saved after the events in the car but the two still didn't even kiss. I mean it sounds weird but it's kinda awesome because it shows that even if things go "better" it doesn't guarentee that they will end up together etc. I think it was pretty genius. Favorite band, loved the song.

Crystal Collision I'm not hating I actually found them a few years ago because of him too I'm just saying that most people only do listen for the sole fact that he's in the band and not acknowledging the talent of the other members as well. ((Also yea the genre's great it's pop punk/alternative rock (kinda early 2000s style) if you're interested in hearing other bands with similar sound you should definitely check out All Time Low.))
yeah I get it I think its just an unconscious bias because we all are familiar with Jeremy. I'm trying to get over that and to appreciate the others more because goddamn are the skilled! like the drums and guitar and bass are so difficult for me! I tried playing guitar today in school and my fingers were dying ;-; also thank you ill definitely check them out :D

I love this song, I feel like Jeremy does get the band a lot of representation which is a given (adventure time and voltron) and I think it’s great to see fans supporting them and taking the music into perspective and relation to the characters! This band however gets by on its own merits, and is amazing. I found the band through randomly searching (however yes, I am a fan of voltron) and their songs are great. It’s awesome to see a young group of ppl come together and do what they love.

This is my first Make Out Monday song and I'm pretty sure it is now one of my all time favorite songs. I've been playing this on repeat since I discovered it and I still feel like it's my first time listening to it everytime and I love that!
