I think meme'ing to a certain extent and banter and joking is obviously okay. But at a certain point you have to think to yourself "Oh, she's really afraid of frogs" At which point people should just stop. There's another clip of the same thing as this one (ua-cam.com/video/Sf3m8daP2SQ/v-deo.html) but it's a completely different moment. She has said that she's afraid of frogs, and it's probably related to some slight trauma or whatever the fuck, y'know, like you're saying, it's a phobia, it's irrational. Like my mom when she was a kid had a terrible experience with some snake when she was a kid and because of that one experience as a kid she developed a trauma and just CANNOT stand looking at snakes even in photos/TV at all so pretty sure Met is the same with this one. SO having said that, like it is proven here, there's this instance in THIS clip and the OTHER one I linked above. And also the same thing being done in Minecraft (IIRC It was nose-san trolling her with the frog in MC?) So yeah Idk, like we get it dude, seeing her "exaggerated" reactions to frogs may be funny to viewers a few times but you have to get the clue that it's an actual phobia She has. If I, as a random ass viewer gets that from the clips then how do you not get that as her "co-worker" or whoever the fk is running the VCR server that spawned the frogs in that other clip. Like it's not a "meme" or some exaggerated thing she's acting up, she actually really fucking hates frog. Like after I connected the dots from the two Ark VCR clips, and the Minecraft frog incident as well my own conclusion would be, to just never bring up frogs in front of her again, cuz why? Viewers have seen the "joke" of her reaction more than a few times by now already, just stop it LMAO
@blinkin5 For someone who have watched Komori Met for a good amount of time, this is actually the first time she told us why she is afraid of frogs, and she is actually not that often to encounter frogs (especially when playing together) so it's pretty normal for her friends to not really know it. And even in VCR ARK she didn't get trolled by the admins that often really (like in this clip, half of it is just with Vanilla-san pet frog, and Vanilla is just genuinely a frog loving person). I am sure they've already learned about it by now, so please don't be too harsh on them, they're just doing their jobs helping streamers 😅

When it stops is up to Met or those doing the teasing. Maybe she just lets it happen for reasons we may or may not know. After all, she has every opportunity to tell them to stop (even off-stream, which would definitely work). Who knows, yea? Behind the screen, they're all people who interact amongst one another, much like the rest of us. I don't really think we should feel the need to dig deeper and just have fun watching what we can actually see. Pretty sure they, as streamers, would appreciate that it stay that way.
