I have to say... you guys do it right, between IDO, Jason Mitchell, Al Linder, and the others, I'm going with IDO and James every time, fun to watch, educational and informative you guys nail it every week... if you got the time, should come up to the UP (houghton area) and do a show on Lakers.... looks like we might be getting some ice on keweenaw bay in the very very near future (as soon as this weekend)
Would be cool if you guys would do some videos on the southern portion of the state! Maybe give us a bit of insight on how to approach bodies of waters here, especially when the fishing is a bit more... difficult i'd say.
Great stuff as always. Can I ask a question please. I have a reservoir that I've fished over 30 yrs for eyes. I have it dialed in in spring summer and early fall. After the ice sets up poof. Can't find eyes. Sure a few are caught per yr but most by accident by trout guys. My question is could you do some videos on troubled waters. Hmmmmm that sounds like a good series. Name of this reservoir is Deer Creek in utah. Thank you. Ken
What size and brand of line do you use ? I've never ice fished . How do you use that fish finder and what type of gps how do you know the depth of water ?
I've been transitioning to a more carbon neutral ice fishing experience. Doesn't help the ice if we keep warming it. Wondering if IDO would make some steps to start decarbonizing their sleds, augers, and heaters?
I'm surprised there are any walleye left in mille lacs. The dnr pimps it as a smallmouth lake now. Problem is that nobody eats smallies. Resorts and cabin owners take it in the shorts with the walleye ban.
3 of your 5 vids you guys are chasing walleye and the other 2 are both panfish. You guys are based in fucking Minnesota hopefully you target some different species soon or it’s going to get boring real quick
James Thomas we're big fans of walleyes and panfish. We don't want to disappoint anyone so it's probably a good thing for us to point out you can likely expect more of the same in the coming weeks.
I know you guys love to do walleye shows and panfish shows, but they do get old after a while. Seems like the same old ho hum week in and week out. Either walleyes and crappies or gills every week.
The colder weather that just rolled in will open up opportunities for other species like trout, salmon, etc. Ice conditions have been so shaky the guys have been very limited when and where they could film.
We’re really doing it Harry!! Classic Lloyd Christmas... Need more Roach! Nice show guys...
No doubt theee absolute best fishing show out there, been watching for 8 years!
Love watching this show!!!
Mille Lacs is on my list to ice fish this season. Keep them vids coming! 👍
Amazing show once again boys.
By far the best fishing show out there.

Awesome video man!! Love watching these awesome ice fishing videos!!!
my favorite show! always look forward to IDO
Love this channel. By far the best on youtube
You guys make the best ice fishing videos on UA-cam!

Once again it's on!!! ❤️
You should do a IDO insight with Tony Roach on the jigging rap!
Glynn Plantz jigging, ripping and slab rap insight

Great show. I've wanted to try Mille Lacs but it's so big you don't know where to start.
best fishing show!!!
less ads guys. i understand the marketing aspect. nice show.
Love the way James just throws his rod on the ice for a flag. Yee yee😎
What spoon would you use for dirty water fishing

Ice fishing is out of the question at the moment where I live. Minus thirty c is a bit much even with tent and heater.
What size and brand of line do you use ? I've never ice fished . How do you use that fish finder and what type of gps how do you know the depth of water ?
Tony Roach? Bringing in the big guns!
Yes sir! Tony's a blast to fish and film with! I know James is trying to line things up to film with more of the Ice Force guys this winter.
Will there be any more white fish fishing episodes
One hop this time!
Nice show guys. The adds are way overwhelming now though.
what auger would you recomend the strike master 40v or the strike master with the Honda 4 stroke?
Nick Smith StrikeMaster 40v. Every bit as fast if not faster than the four stroke and no gas.
I wanna see the fish finder to see whats going on
What tuned up custom with the split grip are you guys using for these eyes?
mdm25549 the commander
Looking for a tuned up recommendation. Looking for a 36” split grip for mostly eyes. NY fisherman we get every size with perch mixed in
Great show, even got the kids stoked to head out haha. What would be your go to set up for jigging eyes? Like line, leader, etc.
Michael J Delach sounds good!
“Super eater” yeah almost anywhere but Mille lacs. Problem is the slot is 20-22 inches for 1 fish
Just wondering what make of auger holder that is on the Titan?
Todd MacDonald Holst home made.

Well, we rarely use a heater and our augers are electric. That's gotta count for something. 🤔
@@InDepthOutdoorsTV it's a great start!
What line are you guys using?
TopwaterblZt 247 Sufix 832 8# to a 6# flourocarbon leader.
What color palette does James use on his lx 9 and lx 7?
Brad Smithburg 6-Color R-O-Y-G-LG-B
InDepthOutdoorsTV Thanks. How do the guys like the lx 7? Just purchased one and have yet to use it.
Brad Smithburg great ice unit. The guys have been using the digital MarCum sonar units for a long time and really like them.
What rods where you guys using?
Tuned Up Custom Commander -- awesome rods for the walleyes!
I'm surprised there are any walleye left in mille lacs. The dnr pimps it as a smallmouth lake now. Problem is that nobody eats smallies. Resorts and cabin owners take it in the shorts with the walleye ban.
There's still plenty of good walleye fishing to be had on Mille Lacs, just not so much for walleye keeping.
HA!! Love the dumb and dumber reference!!!
What reel is that
mountain fishing Okuma Inspira 20
I'm going ice fishing on Tuesday hole for big bluegill
Tyler T-Money Same
Was James using a flasher or underwater camera?
CrazedOutdoors MarCum LX7 flasher.
CrazedOutdoors annual
James you should colab with alex peric from the googan squad and shoot an ice video
The guy that does your intro voiceover sounds like he smoked a carton of Marb reds before recording.
What map system is he using to find the accurate depths and points on the lakes?
this is a really good app webapp.navionics.com/#boating@6&key=whurGfxixP
Jim, you growing a Goatee?? You need a NY's new look anyhow, lol.

Ethan Delvo , then don't watch it.
