---------------------------
Bishop Joshua Maponga is back for another captivating interview on Something Nice with Dinano. Maponga is bringing solutions for a people who have been oppressed and held captive by colonialism, from their education, science, religion and way of living.
He says a total change of the African mind is needed. Maponga says African leaders need to rise up and strategise on how to take back what is theirs.
Some of his suggestions are in his new book, African questions and solutions. In it he introduces seven aspects of life that we need to look at to achieve total liberation for Africa.
He says talking about our problems and seeking solutions to such is key, but most importantly, it is critical for leaders to show leadership and strategise for a total restoration of Africa. He places land at the centre of the fight for liberation, for without land, we have nothing.
Question Of The Day: What will it take for Africa to realise true liberation? Give us your view....comment below.
@@SomethingNicewithDinano I will realise true liberation the time I become independent
True liberation will come the day we are able to look at the mirror and appreciate ourself and search what African as a continent holds for us and what went wrong.
Only when we do for ourselves only when we stop serving the master
DECOLONIZATION OF THE (MIND ( REEDUCATION) TO LEARN WHAT WE HAVE LEARNT OVER THE YEARS ;COMING THEOUGH THE GENERATIONS ;INDEPENDENTLY ALL AFRICAN ON THECONTINENT AND IN THE (DIASPORAS) DIG DEEP IN RESEARCHES TO FIND AND KNOW WHO WE ARE ;THEN THINGS WILLSLOWLYCOME TOGETHER FOR US (BLACKS)🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
But this book is not available on Amazon as a hard copy since last year December when we first heard about it, it's only kindle format. Can you help please??
We have been sleeping and have been talking about waking up for too long. It’s time to speak up and question our leaders. Take action.
Its a short intetview but a great awakening,we should have a parallel system to clean up the society from such a monstrous ideology that deprives us from our rights.I thank you Maponga .When you look at the problems in Congo and how the media keeps twisting facts by blaming innocent people, you can never be at peace with the system. We are ready to sacrifice our blood to liberate our motherland❤
How do we take control of our land? You talk of systems...when are we developing our own systems to run our things? Part 2 of the interview is coming next week Thursday. Lookout for it. Thanks for watching.
Hello
Am a ghanian lady
I always listen to Nana Joshua Maponga
Am also a spiritual lady
And i want to meet Nana Joshua Maponga please
Maybe one day soon he will visit Ghana...thanks for watching.
Am from Zambia and am more than read to fight for my Africa. Am only 27 and am worried, I don't even wish to take my daughter to any school😢😢. My plea to you Mr Maponga please start this revolution, join force with malema, plo Lumumba, Ibrahim traore and many of them. #Africamustliberate
We need to do what we can, where we are...we cannot always look to for people to lead us...
1) Julius Malema --> 100% yes
2) plo Lumumba --> no, he's an hypocrite who supports Kagamé
3) ibrahim traore --> no, he's a Russian puppet who took power by the force of arms thanks to Russian mercenaries. Taking power by the force of arms is not the revolution we Africans need. Power transition need to happen democratically and decided by the African people. And power need to rest in the hands of the civil society and not in the hands of a military junta. By the way replacing one slave master (Westerners) with another slave master (Putin) is not the way forward for Africa.
The government is selling land in Zambia, what are you doing about that. We will wait forever until these people unite. It’s time for everyone to take up responsibility for the land. You can’t fight for Africa and not fight for Zambia. Your battle starts in Zambia. Fighting for Zambia is fighting for Africa. My brother protect the lands our fathers and mothers that came before us fought for.
@@turrtu6435 you very right
On point at all time,Maponga Joshua. Berlin conference had 10-16 men came together and carved up african. What is stopping 54 heads of states and 1.2 people from tearing borders, treaties and systems down???
I think our affiliation to our oppressors is what is keeping us apart...Francophone, Anglophone...
Thank you African son Dinano for hosting our beloved son of the soil, Joshua Maponga. He says truths that are easy to understand and that the majority of Africans should find easy to understand too.
We can’t keep on repeating the same foolishness over and over again for the past centuries till today and expect things to change for us Africans without changing the way we think. Soon as we sit on those leadership seats we forget totally who we are, where we are coming from and where we are going. Yes we are sick, not only you Maponga but all of our people and even those who claim to know ‘global’ matters!
We had everything to sustain us in our natural world and we still have but we will lose it all to others if we continue with our foolishness of not listening to the voices of our ancestors talking very loudly through us since the awakening of our people. A parallel world which is making us all sick, so to speak, has emerged and our leaders, except a handful, are blindly taking us there surrendering to others our abundant inheritance in our natural world! What world are we leaving behind for the next generations of our people? It’s high time Africans started to think deeply with all the information we now have from the past to the present times. Surely we are not all fools! Let’s work together in Africa first to strengthen ourselves socially, technology, economically, politically and culturally. That is our only salvation from all the global trickery we are involving ourselves in! All other nations work together on their own before engaging outsiders. Why are we so scared to work together as Africans, my people? This question must be answered urgently for the sake of our children’s future! WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER as a people not as individuals like our leaders are doing, maintaining the divide and rule strategy of those who colonized us before and till today through those leaders! Enough is enough!
You have broken it down well my brother...thank you for your comment. Be blessed...
Wow, what a conversation, what, a, conversation. Ntate Maponga is a true Afrikan King, the way he breaks it down and the way he thinks, it is out of this world. I am grateful to be alive in these times, difficult as they are.
Thanks for watching...yes the man has a way with words...Mapungo, Mazwi...speaks sense...
We need you in the gambia, mentor
Africa and the African diaspora needs to wakeup before it's too late. Everything he is saying is a warning and an alarm. It is time to wakeup.
We really need to wake up and act!
Bishop Maponga is such a breath of fresh air. Please bring him for 2hrs next time. Lovely conversation as Africa the time is now!
We are planning a series together...it should be coming soon...stay tuned on the channel to find out more...
We need this man to tour the Caribbean PLEASE!!!!!!!!
He was in Jamaica not too long ago...
He got arrested there
Caribbeans ara racist towards Africans.
@rafaelw8115 please don't generalise everyone under one umbrella. Everyone has the capability of good and evil. I am from the Caribbean, and I'm not. So please don't continue the hate.
@tizgood
During his trip to the Caribbean, Joshua Maponga was held in captivity and treated poorly, and then deported out of Dominican Republic. He got this treatment simply because he's a black African person. He would not have had this treatment had he been a white man. And also in many Caribbean countries, there is this WIDESPREAD notion of "improving the race" by promoting miscegenations with whites or Asians in order to have children with "good" hair and a "beautiful" complexion. This tells you something about how Caribbeans view Africans.
Hallo
Great Man
Am innen Ghana
And i want to meet Nana Joshua Maponga please
Am also a spiritualist woman
The land issue needs to be seriously addressed. How many people are aware of the colonization of Africa through our governments. If your government is trying to take away the land from the people and leasing it to the people, then that country is captured by WEF, because if the government fails to pay back the loans to IMF and world bank and other investors. The world bank will take your land away and use it as they please. Look at why Kenya is protesting, it's not just the tax but mainly for the land. The new world order is taking shape and our leaders are freely giving away the land for a few millions of dollars.
So many problems faced by African people...for how long will we endure!?!
Powerful words a great interview.
The Lore of the Land they took away from my people in Australia is still ongoing the system here isn't good. Our black leaders keep my black people down the way the colonists did a controlled method that will never allow my people to be independent as Original Australia's.
Blessings to all brothers & sisters in Africa 🙏
The brutality of the English in Australia is not yet fully told....hopefully one day soon, the original people of the land will take control of their motherland!

Thanx to you 🎉
Well done prof afrika needs to wake up
I like the answer when he say am tired of talking and talking
Thanks for watching
He is saying the truth ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for taking time to comment...what stood out for you in the conversation?
This land issue is really chocking in most areas to be developed in towns with out production our land which used to be land of livestock now itis turned into pieces of plots where you find one plot with 10-20people without work am inkazungula boarder subject been grabed land instead of empowering production
We as Africans, must change education and religion drastically. I go with Prof Maponga❤❤❤
Yes, we can do away with religion, Africa has no religion but spirituality. They said our spirituality is evil and theirs(religion) is godliness. Maybe , but i think we must do away with religion🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
We, as society within our families must bring about the change we want. With all the knowledge gained from lots of talks, incliluding oppression, we must not wait for the havens to come down. It will never happen. History may repeat itself we wait for a messiah. Deal with oppression and colonialism properly. Let's root out all the evil for our children and future generations to leave peacefully.
This one is huge...... I am listening with all ears
Maponga is always dropping gems of wisdom....

Thank you baba. Young coloured man from JHB bestowed with some eye opening and ground tiling wisdom. !
I hope you're ready for Part 2...more wisdom coming your way!
Why do you refer to yourself as a "coloured" man? Aren't you ashamed of that?
You continue to perpetuate the racial biaises that whites instilled in you. The term "coloured" was created by the Dutch colonizers for a specific reason;: to divide the black people in south Africa. The same whites don't make any difference beween mixed race individuals and full blooded African individuals in Europe. I live in the Netherlands myself and here the mixed race individuals of African descent are never called "coloured". These people are just called blacks. So why do you call yourself coloured in South Africa??
Waiting 🕰️

Thanks for watching brother...
If Africa is unprepared for total liberation, then give the option to make the requests for assistance or support as, when and how we require it.
Back in the day was America ready for total liberation. No time is the best so just go for it.
Assistance with what? From who?
Africa wasn’t ready for slavery but it happen 😢
Unfortunately!
@@SomethingNicewithDinano they’re trying now how can you undo more than a hundred years of colonization in one two to ten years. It’s gone take time and education
I am zambian aged 25 old. I am tired sir Mapongo. For how long shall i hold on to my hope that one day i will be a free black person? Kwame Nkrumah and other great leaders were here, they talked and people listened to them today they are no more and things are getting more worse to a free black people. Today Sir Mapongo and other great leaders you are here and we listening to you but tomorrow you will be no more and leave us in the the same situation and will be more worse than this. We will talk as well and leave our children in the worser situation. Things has to be taken by force otherwise we are doomed africans because as we are planning they are planning for us. I am ready to fight for Africa...😢😢😢😢 I AM TIRED
Enough is enough!
Muntu wandi, talk can only go as far as this, what remains is for us to take action. We can listen to all the motivation and wise teachings but if we don’t act it will get worse. The fact that we are only talking and not taking action is what’s keeping us behind. Look at Zambians today, very quiet while land is being sold left right and center, institutions wake up and hike prices on things and Zambians just take it all like chickens for lack of better terms. I fear for Zambia most in Southern Africa. Zambia is the country with the most majority people who are okay with mediocrity. We just take everything in. Zambians make noise on useless things on media. Things that affect them they leave it up to people who don’t care about them
@@turrtu6435talking has its limits, especially if it doesn't bear fruits. Other forms must be used to address the
situation which is affecting our people and communities.

This comment is random but, why does the host look like a Mixture of Dame Dash And Too Short?
Haa 😂 I have heard Too Short, Dame Dash a first...I have even heard Kid Cudi and John Legend...I think John Legend is more like me😆
Talking is the White man's way of negotiating. We need to take action/organize instead of all these conversations. We can decide what we need to do and just make arrangements to do just that. No more meetings and talking with the colonialist.
I like this approach...we have been talking for too long!
He speaks some sense, but he supports Zanu pf.
So why don't you focus on his words...instead of the Party he supports? No one is perfect right?
