Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than twelve(12) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. I understand why you do it the more people understand the details of his dedication, talent, creativity, and love and passion for not only what he does, but for all of the dears out there that support and love him so much. I would go as far as to say, he is the best singer to have ever walked this earth. I don’t think that there’s anyone that comes close to the natural talent that he has not to mention the determination he has to perfect it to the point where there is no one that can even touch his abilities. He truly is the epitome of what a perfect vocalist is. I’ve never heard a mistake in the slightest from him. Everything he does sounds divine, and I imagine that if the angels were to sing and we were able to hear the angels, it would sound like Dimash. Thank you so much for sharing this comments with us all I always enjoy reading more and more about this incredible musician and performer. He’s on another level. It’s ethereal to hear what he can do with his voice and with his performances as well. Hope you’re having a wonderful week so far and I send you all the love in the world. God bless. ❤️✨🙏✨❤️

This is an original song written by Igor Krutoy for Dimash which he premiered at this performance. This is the first public performance of this song ever.
Somehow you got it stuck in your head that it was some Irish folk song and that couldn't be further from the truth. I get that the overall feeling of the song might have evoked the epic sense of adventure which is something you might get from an Irish folk song but technically that's not what this is.

At the beginning in Stranger it sounds an old Turkic stringed instrument called Kobys. It is probably the oldest bowed stringed instrument in the world and it spread to became the prototype of all European string instruments as violin an chello. That and the use of the fa minor key in the composition gives the vibe of Middle East /oriental/ exotic sound.
Think he´s singing to migrants in general: "New ground far as I can see, new ground underneath my feet, Stranger in a stranger land, new chance to see who I am if I have the strength to begin again"
Reminds me also to the Old Testament; Exodus 2:22 Moses, “And she bore him a son, and he called his name Gershom [that is, A stranger there]; for he said, “I have been a stranger in a strange land.”

Dimash speaks to our souls and heritage. To be honest, as I listen to Folk music from all over the world, I would never have associated this Operatic-Folk song with the Irish. Dimash does sound like a Siren though, true enough.
Many Folk traditions have a similar thread and tone to them that vibrate perfectly with our guts and soul.
The intrument creating that haunting tune is called a Qobyz, native to Kazakhstan and far older than the Irish people. It is said to be the great grandfather of all stringed instruments.
I think you are going to really love it when you dive into Dimash singing Kazak Folk songs. One of my all time favorites is "Samaltau" but of course, they are all great.🙄😅😂. My second favorite is the mournful "Daididau". The Ukrainian Folk song "Marigolds" is also amazing.
Thank you for sharing another great performance with us.❤️👍
    🥰🥰Much love from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦

That’s so true he speaks directly to our souls and that’s what’s so special about him. He can get in tune with the spiritual side of music and our souls. He just has an innate ability to. Reach a place in our hearts that sometimes we can’t even define, but he can get in there and invoke feelings and emotions that we didn’t even know we were harboring. Thank you so much for your comments and support. It means the absolute most and I truly appreciate it. Much love to you. ❤️✨🙏✨❤️

He is so awesome, isn’t he? I find it interesting that you consider Stranger to be an Irish folk song. Could actually be partly true because of the robes and candles😊. Personally, I think it's more of a song with a mystical or oriental atmosphere and imagine that it could be suitable as a soundtrack for this kind of film. Stranger is one of my absolute favorite songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it. And it was such a great idea by Dimash to use the Qobyz for that.
The Qobyz is a very old two stringed Kazakh folk instrument and it’s wide spread among Kazakhs. The man who often is playing the kobyz in Dimash’s performance (also here in Stranger) is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek. You often can hear this instrument when Dimash sings in his native tongue like Samaltau, Qairan Elim or Òmir Òter. In the end of Stranger he introduced him to the audience and he thanked them.
As a Kazakh he speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently. He sang Stranger for the first time at New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. This is an international competition for young artists, founded in 2002 by Igor Krutoy. Dimash sang here as a guest and was also a member of the jury. Igor Krutoy, like so many other masterpieces, wrote this song specifically for Dimash and his incredible vocal range (in this song alone he sings 5 octaves F1-F6 I think). And the last note he held for 20 seconds. The way he switchs so affortlessly between the different registers and octaves in one song is so mesmerizing and unbelievable.
As already mentioned, Stranger was written by the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him.The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship.
If you want to see another crazy, incredible and jaw-dropping performance then I suggest the song he sang at his concert in September 2022 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It’s his first song in Spanish. You won't believe me when I tell you, so you just have to see it.

Thank you so much for your comment and support that means the world. I hope you’re having a great week and in Germany. I got the feeling of the Irish folk song due to the melody and yes, the robes and candles. It reminds me of Stonehenge and the Kelts. It just had that siren folklore sound of the banshee seeing a beautiful song to get ships to crash into their island. It’s a story dating back, probably before, but I recall in the Odyssey Homer Odyssey, the siren, and that’s what reminded me of this song. I love the Range that Dimash perform in this video the Lowes are so deep and powerful. There’s no forcing it at all. It’s just a smooth deep tone while the higher notes are equally as stunning and smooth. He is a complete master of the vocal cords. I don’t think anyone else matches or even comes close to matching the ability that he has with his voice it’s remarkably overwhelming. Thank you so much for your comments and support. It truly means so much to come to the comments and learn so much about these incredible artists. Much love to you ❤️✨🙏✨❤️

I truly understand why you think this is an Irish Folk song, even though I doubt it is, but who knows what Igor Krutoy had in mind when he wrote it 😉. I have often thought of Irish songs when I listen to Dimash singing some of the Khasakh folk songs ❤ It just shows how similar and connected we are as humans ❤ My favorite Male singer ( or just any singer in general ) is Dimash but my lifelong (I am 54 years old) favorite female singer is Kate Bush, who is very English. She has written a lot of songs in what I consider old Irish folk song style and it is a style I also love ❤
Keep listening to Dimash and when you are ready for it you have to watch his masterpiece of a MV called The Story of one Sky 🥰 I am sure it will sweep you of your feet even though there isn't much Irish song in it 😅

Thank you so much for backing me up on that. I think a lot of people are getting what I said confused I’m not saying that this is definitively an Irish folk song. I’m saying that the melody reminds me of an Irish folk melody, and even if it was an Irish folk song what’s wrong with that? Dimash can perform whatever he wants and it always sounds incredible. I don’t understand the hatred for Irish folk songs. Anyway, I’m just gonna enjoy the music and not get caught up in the arguing and bickering between what is and isn’t a certain thing. That’s a beautiful thing about music and art is that, you can get something different out of it than somebody else would have it has a different meaning for everybody I think that’s what makes music and art so powerful is the interpretation from each individual person and as long as you’re not bashing, the artist intentionally I don’t see anything wrong with a little introspective personal meaning. Thank you so much for your comment. It means the world. Much love to you. ❤️✨🙏✨❤️

I'm sorry, of course, but what Irish folk song are you talking about throughout the performance? "The Stranger", as well as the other premiere of this evening on the "New Wave" (Sochi, Russia), the composition "Ave Maria", were written especially for Dimash by the famous Russian composer Igor Krutoy (accompanies at the piano). The maestro wrote a number of songs for Dimash, which you can watch on the singer's channel. Vocalization sounds in intonations inherent in the melodies of the republics of Central Asia, where Kazakhstan is located, where Dimash is from.

Do a search on UA-cam for Irish folk music the first and second results sound eerily similar to Dimashs Melody in this song Stranger. At least it does to me that’s all I’m saying I’m not trying to say that this is an Irish folk song. I’m saying the melody sounds like an Irish folk Melody.

@@ThetazordUnfortunately, the sound of the Kobyz (Kazakh national stringed bow instrument) is difficult to compare with the sound of the Fiddle violin in Irish folk music, performed in different styles depending on the region. Although I don't live in Kazakhstan, I could tell you about kobyz. By the way, in many songs performed by Dimash, this ancient and unique instrument sounds, capable of reproducing the sounds of nature and animals. Best regards from Moscow (Russia).❤

You are a fool if you think that people who say they are Irish, always mean they think they are Irish citizens. You need to get the whole conversation and context. If they have mostly Irish heritage, and their blood is Irish, then they can say they are Irish. MEANING, from Irish decent. Their parents were Irish, their grandparents were Irish, their great-grandparents were from Ireland. Their culture might be mostly from where they grew up, but their DNA is Irish.
Interesting that you don't care about your ancestors, or where they are from, or their traditions.
Many of us like to know where our ancestors are from. When the topic comes up, it is in the context of heritage. If you see stuff on UA-cam, you can understand that you aren't getting the whole story.

I never said it was an Irish folk song. I said it reminded me of an Irish folk song if you look into any Irish folk melody, you’ll understand what I mean by the musical instruments and the sound of the music that is culturally Irish in nature. But then again, I could be wrong too. It’s just what it reminds me of and everything that I’ve heard as far as Irish folk melodies.

    • @Thetazord

Again, your wrist representing what I said, I never said it was an Irish folk song. I said the melody reminded me of an Irish folk song. I never said it was derived or meant to be an Irish folk song, but if you listen to any folk music, you can hear the similarities in the melody. It’s not the lyrics or the vocals that I’m talking about. I’m talking about the instruments and the melodies that are played, that reminds me of Irish folk. I don’t think there’s anyway that you’re kind of convinced me otherwise of what it reminds me of because it’s just that something that reminds me of something else. I’m not trying to define it and say it’s one thing or another I’m just saying it reminds me of, an Irish folk Melody. I think what I think and that’s a beauty of free speech and freedom of thought is that we can interpret things the way we view them. There is definitely a essence of a siren song or a banshee in this song and that also enforces my thoughts of this being an Irish folk melody. Much love to you. ❤️✨🙏✨❤️
