As a Barca fan, I am scared as we are not able to maintain any sort of consistency in our performances despite winning, which will not help us in the long term or help us win any major titles. Let's be real to ourselves, we were dominated by Spurs for majority of the match when they didn't even have Harry Kane and Son while we were playing with our best lineup. I'am not very confident going into the next season if we don't sign good players in the positions required (like a good RB). Yes I agree that Spurs did not substitute anyone up until the 75-80th minute while Barca played with 2 of their non starting CBs (after Araujo) for the majority of the match and substituted majority of the starters around 60-65th minute. But credit where it's due, Spurs were the much better team and deserved to win and as a neutral, I think they will do good this season.
i also don't like this inconsistent performance from barca. What i have observed is that there is no defined structure in barca's play.. moreover i am not very impressed with raphinha's performance in this preseason, he is very average in one on one situations and often struggle against good defenders, considering we don't have dembele, and lamine still needs time to develop to play at high level (u can't expect him to start very often this season since he is still very young)... .This team also lacks creativity in offence, i am fed up of long through passes that this squad often relies on. There is still lot of work that needs to be done with this squad.

The reason we are conceding so many chances compared to last year is due to Busi's absence only, despite our defence and goalkeeper being the same. Busi always knew when to pass, where to pass, when to slow the tempo of the game, his off the ball game, always available as a free man for others to pass, always helping our defenders, etc. I think this season, we will struggle defensively also and we are anyways struggling in the attack area from the last year. I thought we played a fantastic game for almost 70 mins of the game, ofcourse the ball didn't go in the back of the net until the 80th minute, but we weren't bad and Spurs had a few opportunities themselves, bit I thought we dominated the game and we played a very confident game for most of the game, I mean Oriol romeu is absolutely brilliant, some of our combinations and one touch passes in midfiled was a beauty to watch and we were cutting through their pressure and progressing the ball the way we wanted, ofcourse we conceded 2 goals in a 10 min span in the 1at half and Spurs were better for a 10 min span in the 2nd half but overall game we were brilliant, ofcourse I was nervous until the equaliser came, but the game is not just about goals right, I loved the way we passed the ball around in midfiled and our progression of play, and the individual quality of our players in show
