I just graduated high school back in May and this is giving me the motivation to be a student at University of Michigan. I love the school a lot. Plus I have family who not only live in Michigan but they also love the school too. Because of that thought about going there and possibly play football there. Knowing that my family loves the football team. I would love to go to University of Michigan and play football so my family can see my as one of the athletes who made history there.

I want him to highlight the schools that don’t get these looks. JSU is a great program but there are way more HBCUs in the country besides that one. That would be a great look for some of these young men and women who watch to see those school as options as well. We put so much in the PWI that we miss the schools that were created and thrive from people who are black and brown that need the same support. Respectfully, I think we need to see more of a mix. I think these schools need those looks to get the same help that Coach Prime brought to JSU.

I want him to highlight the schools that don’t get these looks. JSU is a great program but there are way more HBCUs in the country besides that one. That would be a great look for some of these young men and women who watch to see those school as options as well. We put so much in the PWI that we miss the schools that were created and thrive from people who are black and brown that need the same support. Respectfully, I think we need to see more of a mix. I think these schools need those looks to get the same help that Coach Prime brought to JSU.

I live in NY where college football isn't really popular; so as a kid I just randomly picked a team to root for based on the color design of their uniforms. I was probably like 10 or something. I picked Michigan and have been a fan ever since. Still have a Desmond Howard jersey in my closet. Plus Charles Woodson is the best DB to ever play the game IMO and that's the position I played in HS so he was like my hero.
