Cat® CM210 Continuous Miner Rebuild - Time-lapse Video (Carter Machinery)

At Carter Machinery, service is in our DNA - and underground mining is no exception. When our Princeton store was brought a core Cat CM210 Continuous Miner, our skilled technicians performed a total machine rebuild on the unit, ensuring every aspect of the machine was rebuilt to MSHA certifications. Once complete, the miner was given a fresh coat of paint and returned to the customer in like-new condition.

What process did you use to clean the electrical cabinets? De-greasing in a Parts washer? Steam cleaning? Ultrasonic cleaning? . Thanks

Pumice S probably replaced the harnesses sandblasted the cabinet and painted it. It seems like when Cat does a rebuild they replace everything that's not rebuildable or worth cleaning and fixing.
