well technically, it's still possible she's alive (though extremely unlikely). They don't even know if the body remains they found are male or female yet, let alone if it's Gabby.
Since witnesses put him in the area along with the vehicle, it's not going to be some 'mysterious' stranger who did the killing. If it was an overdose, he would have come out and said so. If it was accidental, other than 'I accidentally strangled her', he would have said so. Him not saying anything then disappearing speaks volumes...
Maybe he panicked? He clearly was abused, she admits to it, she admits to him not touching her, or hitting her, she had no marks, while he had like 8.. she admits to him just holding her back, while she hits the hell out of him, scratching him, etc...... in the video he's worried, and offers to go to jail for her when the cops say he's the victim, and abused, and the people who called 911 said they saw her attacking him, and didn't see him touch her.... How do you know he wasn't being hit, and abused every single day? From "her stress doing the vlog", from traveling for HER, in HER van... she was psychotic, and every acts like she was an angel cause she died... Maybe she went over the top attacking him and he snapped, and killed her by accident... he's just a kid too, maybe he panicked, and came home, and got a lawyer, and is in fear for going to prison for life... we need more info, cause of death, etc... Him not saying anything is highly advised, and the smart thing to do.. I just don't think this was premeditated murder... She literally admits to scratching the hell out of him, punching him in the face because he's asking her to calm down, or that his feet are dirty... she was an unstable, drug addict, abusive, nut case towards him... and everyone keeps acting like she's "America Sweetheart" lmfao... cause of her fake happy VLOGS, and she's a pretty young girl, and they feel bad she died... So do I, it's horrible, but lets not be ignorant to the fact she was abusive, and constantly assaulted him. When they were getting pulled over she started punching him, and hitting the wheel calling him an idiot, and they swerved, and hit the curb... why is no one talking about any of this?

I knew it in my gut but I was in trying to be optimistic. I know their pain I lost my daughter @ age 20 a year and a half ago so this story not only touched my heart ❤️, but hurt it as well . I didn’t know her however I feel so sad for her family and for her not being able to fully chase her dreams and aspirations.

I lost my son at 19 age, four months ago and I can imagine gabby ‘s family …this is a hardest and sadness moment that a family can live for the rest of their life.
The fact that the dashcam video was posted by a family who lost their boy in an accident makes me believe that little boy was guiding the police to Gabby 😔 RIP
No doubt in my mind there was. Def higher power at work with that couples dashcam. When I eat watches it earlier, as the van came into view, my heart dropped n it was a like a definitive moment where many watching it just felt the search come to an end when seeing the van. The dashcam came up in the parked van n I think we all just knew that that was the spot and her body was right behind that treeline not far off at all. The way the van is positioned as if he backed it up to the path so he could bring her out the back n quickly down the little path without being seen/caught. It was just so perfectly clear that the search was gonna end right there at that van spot in their video. It's crazy to think that Brian was very likely just on the other side of the trees next to the van holding his dead fiance n trying to figure out how he was gonna get away with this. It was just so weird- the video n how it was an ending immediately after most saw it the first time. What r the chances a dashcam equipped vehicle n actually recording would pass by the very moments of his horrible deed- then for the couple to actually discover they had that footage of the van amongst what I'm sure is days n days worth of long video recordings waiting to be edited. A Florida couple who immediately saw the Florida tag n that's exactly what made them recall seeing Gabby's van. It's pretty mind-blowing!!! I have no other choice but to KNOW that God stepped in big-time to get this child back home to her family. Evil was never gonna win with this one. ❤️ 🦋

So, Brian told his Parents he was going ..to the Reserve and left in the Car.. on Tuesday ..and the next day...Wednesday ..the Parents go to the Reserve and didn’t see him...so they drove the Car back Home...and didn’t report him missing until ...Friday. Why take the Car ..in case he was camping out and needed the Car later..to get back Home? This all doesn’t make sense?

It’s literally just common sense that Brian was somehow involved. He didn’t report her missing. He immediately lawyered up (which is smart I won’t lie), he refused to reveal the last place he saw her. He ran when he realized the heat was on him. He literally tried to hitchhike away in a panicky state and then somehow changed his mind and went back for the van. My intuition tells me mom and dad might have advised this. It’s painfully obvious.
His lawyer statements say it all. The lawyer didn't defend his clients just said they are staying in the background. Then Brian goes missing and parents don't report that until three days later. The horrible pain Gabbys parents have had to go through because of a families choice to remain silent. 💔 Thank God they found her so they have an end to the nightmare. Prayers for Gabby and her family .
I'm sure his lawyer will come up with some b.s. defense. 'It was an accident...he was in shock...' yada yada....blame the victim who can no longer speak for herself. If she scratched him before they were stopped by police maybe she was trying to defend herself against him. But maybe he'll claim to be the victim defending himself. Guy's a weasel, she obviously could've done so much better. She was tiny and petite next to him. There is no excuse. If it was an 'accident' you call 911, you explain what happened, the forensics will back up your story, you don't run away like a guilty kid and hope she won't be found or that the scene of the crime will be degraded for investigators. Brian is/was an abusive narcissist. Anyone who is remotely familiar with abusive relationships could see what was happening in Moab. She was SCREAMING for help. He was manipulating the entire encounter and was victorious. There needs to be harsher laws on the books and much better training for law enforcement so these men can be removed from society. Absolutely...but, BPD is a hard one to pin down. The twists, and turns, abuse, manipulation, love bombing from these type of folks is just mindblowing for the average sane person. Poor girl probably tried to deal with his BPD for years. Anger, lashing out towards him is from the frustration dealing with his craziness, and is the worst, possible way to deal with it, triggers the BPDs rage.
No one knows anything right now other than one was abusive to the other often "reference goodbye earl" so much and witnessed the punching and cutting of the other person's face. One even admitted to all this and that they had mental problems and did much when they got mad or if the other had dirt on their feet. Watch the police videos to see the truth. If this is her body, there is one less domestic abuser out there. Watching the live chat breaks my heart further. I'm a grown ass man, and I'm emotional about this, too. She was so, so young. Although I agree something more should've been done quicker by police, harboring a person of interest isn't a thing. The fact the policedidn't gain a search warrant for the phone info for Brian's phone and gabbys phone immediately is upsetting. That could've at least led to something quicker and maybe he wouldn't have time to run. From the bodycam video i had an eerie feeling she was in danger. Their body language and the way each of them were behaving was way off. She seemed scared of him period in my opinion. Dude seemed too cooperative in a passive aggressive way. I've dealt with people like that. All smiles when the cops are around and dangerous behind the curtain. Needless to say, I think the Utah officers could've done more to investigate, but I've been in a similar situation with police who overlook so much so i know how they can be sometimes. This whole story is just horrible. I feel for her. I feel for her family who I know was still holding onto some hope that she was just lost. I hope her family can all find peace to eventually quiet their grief.

You can file a wrongful death law suit but you'll have to prove the parents were present or had something to do with the crime pre death. The post death you can probably charge them with harboring a fugitive but even then he wasn't officially charged. I have no law degree but in other cases this was the result.

Since witnesses put him in the area along with the vehicle, it's not going to be some 'mysterious' stranger who did the killing. If it was an overdose, he would have come out and said so. If it was accidental, other than 'I accidentally strangled her', he would have said so. Him not saying anything then disappearing speaks volumes...
Maybe he panicked? He clearly was abused, she admits to it, she admits to him not touching her, or hitting her, she had no marks, while he had like 8.. she admits to him just holding her back, while she hits the hell out of him, scratching him, etc...... in the video he's worried, and offers to go to jail for her when the cops say he's the victim, and abused, and the people who called 911 said they saw her attacking him, and didn't see him touch her....
How do you know he wasn't being hit, and abused every single day? From "her stress doing the vlog", from traveling for HER, in HER van... she was psychotic, and every acts like she was an angel cause she died...
Maybe she went over the top attacking him and he snapped, and killed her by accident... he's just a kid too, maybe he panicked, and came home, and got a lawyer, and is in fear for going to prison for life... we need more info, cause of death, etc... Him not saying anything is highly advised, and the smart thing to do.. I just don't think this was premeditated murder... She literally admits to scratching the hell out of him, punching him in the face because he's asking her to calm down, or that his feet are dirty... she was an unstable, drug addict, abusive, nut case towards him... and everyone keeps acting like she's "America Sweetheart" lmfao... cause of her fake happy VLOGS, and she's a pretty young girl, and they feel bad she died... So do I, it's horrible, but lets not be ignorant to the fact she was abusive, and constantly assaulted him. When they were getting pulled over she started punching him, and hitting the wheel calling him an idiot, and they swerved, and hit the curb... why is no one talking about any of this?

I knew it in my gut but I was in trying to be optimistic. I know their pain I lost my daughter @ age 20 a year and a half ago so this story not only touched my heart ❤️, but hurt it as well . No doubt in my mind there was. Def higher power at work with that couples dashcam. When I eat watches it earlier, as the van came into view, my heart dropped n it was a like a definitive moment where many watching it just felt the search come to an end when seeing the van. The dashcam came up in the parked van n I think we all just knew that that was the spot and her body was right behind that treeline not far off at all. The way the van is positioned as if he backed it up to the path so he could bring her out the back n quickly down the little path without being seen/caught. It was just so perfectly clear that the search was gonna end right there at that van spot in their video. It's crazy to think that Brian was very likely just on the other side of the trees next to the van holding his dead fiance n trying to figure out how he was gonna get away with this. It was just so weird- the video n how it was an ending immediately after most saw it the first time. What r the chances a dashcam equipped vehicle n actually recording would pass by the very moments of his horrible deed- then for the couple to actually discover they had that footage of the van amongst what I'm sure is days n days worth of long video recordings waiting to be edited. A Florida couple who immediately saw the Florida tag n that's exactly what made them recall seeing Gabby's van. It's pretty mind-blowing!!! I have no other choice but to KNOW that God stepped in big-time to get this child back home to her family. Evil was never gonna win with this one. ❤️ 🦋

So, Brian told his Parents he was going ..to the Reserve and left in the Car.. on Tuesday ..and the next day...Wednesday ..the Parents go to the Reserve and didn’t see him...so they drove the Car back Home...and didn’t report him missing until ...Friday. Why take the Car ..in case he was camping out and needed the Car later..to get back Home? This all doesn’t make sense?
That’s what I’ve been saying, that’s what brought me to the conclusion that his parents helped him get away, their story doesn’t add up, common sense is really lacking there. They should be charged with aiding and abetting

It’s literally just common sense that Brian was somehow involved. He didn’t report her missing. He immediately lawyered up (which is smart I won’t lie), he refused to reveal the last place he saw her. He ran when he realized the heat was on him. He literally tried to hitchhike away in a panicky state and then somehow changed his mind and went back for the van. My intuition tells me mom and dad might have advised this.
It’s painfully obvious.
His lawyer statements say it all. The lawyer didn't defend his clients just said they are staying in the background. Then Brian goes missing and parents don't report that until three days later. The horrible pain Gabbys parents have had to go through because of a families choice to remain silent. 💔 Thank God they found her so they have an end to the nightmare. Prayers for Gabby and her family .
I'm sure his lawyer will come up with some b.s. defense. 'It was an accident...he was in shock...' yada yada....blame the victim who can no longer speak for herself. If she scratched him before they were stopped by police maybe she was trying to defend herself against him. But maybe he'll claim to be the victim defending himself. Guy's a weasel, she obviously could've done so much better. She was tiny and petite next to him. There is no excuse. If it was an 'accident' you call 911, you explain what happened, the forensics will back up your story, you don't run away like a guilty kid and hope she won't be found or that the scene of the crime will be degraded for investigators. Absolutely...but, BPD is a hard one to pin down. The twists, and turns, abuse, manipulation, love bombing from these type of folks is just mindblowing for the average sane person. Poor girl probably tried to deal with his BPD for years. Anger, lashing out towards him is from the frustration dealing with his craziness, and is the worst, possible way to deal with it, triggers the BPDs rage.

Watching the live chat breaks my heart further. I'm a grown ass man, and I'm emotional about this, too. She was so, so young. My daughter is coming into this world sometime in the next month, and the idea that someone could do this to HER... It's indescribable. Imagining it makes me feel like my guts are being torn out. This poor sweet girl. She had so much ahead of her. She had so much life and love. And the manipulativeness of this man using her phone and her instagram to try and play act like she's alive to buy himself time to escape... It's monstrous.

Although I agree something more should've been done quicker by police, harboring a person of interest isn't a thing. The fact the policedidn't gain a search warrant for the phone info for Brian's phone and gabbys phone immediately is upsetting. That could've at least led to something quicker and maybe he wouldn't have time to run. From the bodycam video i had an eerie feeling she was in danger. Their body language and the way each of them were behaving was way off. She seemed scared of him period in my opinion. Dude seemed too cooperative in a passive aggressive way. I've dealt with people like that. All smiles when the cops are around and dangerous behind the curtain. Needless to say, I think the Utah officers could've done more to investigate, but I've been in a similar situation with police who overlook so much so i know how they can be sometimes. This whole story is just horrible. I feel for her. I feel for her family who I know was still holding onto some hope that she was just lost. I hope her family can all find peace to eventually quiet their grief.

You can file a wrongful death law suit but you'll have to prove the parents were present or had something to do with the crime pre death. The post death you can probably charge them with harboring a fugitive but even then he wasn't officially charged. I have no law degree but in other cases this was the result.

@@jnagarya519 I don't know how they could justify using that law. 1-Evidence of a crime was clear, two left, one came back in a van that belonged to her-clear indication of fowl play, 2-probably cause-obvious abusiveness on his part from the police stop footage, 3-Crime=No Gabby.

I’m glad they found Gabby, I was hoping she would be alive. She was full of life, her beautiful smile, her enthusiasm. The joy she got sharing her pictures. She will be missed.

It's amazing work how they managed to find her so quickly, obviously this is the worst case situation. But at least her family has closure. Would have been devastating if the family had to wait months not knowing what has happened.

Agreed. Hopefully her body is in a state where the autopsy will give them more answers so they can know what happened to her. I know it’s summer and in an area with wildlife. I have a feeling Brian if found alive will never tell the truth about what happened to her. His actions thus far have shown how selfish he is. May she Rest In Peace. May her family feel they get some form of justice for her and may it be swift.
