I live in KY too! For some reason this popped up today for the first time in my suggested videos. I actually did this on a t-shirt a couple of years ago. I don't have the setup you have, so I kinda winged it and figured out how to do it on my regular sewing machine. It worked out OK; I use it as a pajama top now because I actually wore the t-shirt out LOL.
