I wish they made the game in the animation style of the show. They do that now with Southpark and it makes a huge difference in quality and the desire to play imo.
Normally I would consider this game as your average licensed shovelware crap, but considering the low budget style of the original show it seems purposeful. Honestly, it works pretty well imo.

The game is really pretty for PS2 standards and everything seems really nice and clear but it basically runs at 5 frames a second when enemies are on the screen (and they are on the screen for half of the game). The golf part is good and the courses aren't too crazy but the golfing part is over really fast and the fighting part just isn't up to snuff. Movement is really slow and tanky and weapons and abilities take a lot of time till the animation is done and you can attack again. Now the best part of the game is that the full voice cast is present and the writing of the game is almost like in the show but the audio mixing can be bad at some points. There is also a lot of bonus stuff like concept art, clips from the show and 4 full episodes of the show. I know it was supposed to be a bad game but an intentional bad game is still a bad game.

I had no idea there was an Aqua Teen Hunger Force videogame. Even more surprising are the cutscenes are great. Feels as funny as the tv show. Alot better than that Family Guy videogame.
I had no idea they made a game also I'm 29 years old who grew up watching this show when I was younger since 2001 but I had no idea they made a game, but a game about golf is kind of boring they should made a game like GTA or something else more funnier than Golf.
On paper the idea works. With how random and low budget the show was, this mess of a game seems fitting. But while that sort of thing works in television or movies I don't think it works in video games. At the end of the day it wasn't fun to play. It had funny moments though.
Must be an issue with the disc or your console i have my old abused one and the same copy ive had since i was a little kid and i boot this up every once in a blue moon and it runs fines the only real lag i get is on loading screens if any
