Shinwa tools are excellent - I absolutely love their saw guides; they are very quick for breaking down sheet goods. They are also very reasonable in price.
Your interest in the rip fence/saw guides also coincide with my own. I ended up getting a Shinwa 73711 a week back, and it now has a home on my Milwaukee M12 Trim Saw. I placed an order today for a Shinwa 73534 for the rare times that I need to use the 7-1/4” XSR01 for thin rips.
あけましておめでとう !
Im a tsunoda fiend lol. I have damn near every pair of pliers that they make.
I have the tajima square like thing and tsunoda flush cuts. I saw the flush cuts on electrical worker youtubes channel. I had a set of fujiya kurokin 225 flush cuts and there fantastic like the linemens. The tsunoda were ment for a quick grab sbld veto bag along with there brand of cross cuts for that bags loadout. Turns out i loved them they chomp romex like a champ. I use them alot the angle and flush features are very nice. If you don't have them the cross cuts from tsunoda are on par with the red marvels and half the price.
I've been putting together a bunch of the german tools (wiha, wera, hazet) and now I gotta go buy weird Anex stuff because of this video as well as to see if Tsunoda makes some decent small spring snips.
Will be interested in a locking pliers comparison ! Have a good and healthy 2025 , thanks for your videos !
You said your on a little "locking pliers kick" at present. I wonder if its worth checking out the 'automatic' locking pliers. SK11 has a couple of offerings however I think they are Taiwan made. But it seems to be the latest big innovation innthe locking plier market. Engineer PZ-67 is one, SK11 SRA-225C is another C clamp design, Hazet offers some too. It allows you to go from clamping one size to clamping a larger or smaller size WITHOUT having to put down tools and manually adjust the old style mechanism. I think the auto ones will re-adjust using one hand. Nice video & sneak peak of your workshop from down under. I might have a little something's' 4 channel soon pb-s...c6l's.😮
CH Hanson also offers very similar automatic locking pliers (not sure if they are the OEM or not), usually a bit cheaper than the Hazet at least.
^ This! LOCKJAW™ Self-Adjusting Locking Pliers and Clamps, by Sutton Tools Australia & New Zealand, are revolutionary. You set the clamping force once, and then no need to adjust the jaws opening ever again. I only have one pair but wish I had all the different sizes.
Happy new year to you and thanks for your videos.
I had to wait until I had the money, but when I went to order the Tsunoda cutters that I had put in my Amazon cart, they had just sold out. I was bummed because I really like Tsunoda. I usually don't like comfort grip handles that much. But, I just got a set of Tsunoda high leverage 6" needle-nose pliers with it and wound up liking them. They make some really good pliers. I've been very disappointed in "professional" American made pliers from Western Forge as of late. That has led me to find brands from Japan that have all been impeccably well-made so far.
Wait until you get into adjusting the squares. Or the wild and wooly land of Japanese hammers.
Is it just me or does that Makita circular saw sound REALLY nice… of course this is coming from someone who mainly uses a worm drive circular saw for everything! lol!
Would love to see more power tool reviews/ tutorials :)
С новым годом!
С наступившим 😂!
Happy new years
Happy New Year to you too!
I love your videos...I always get sick of this disease...he, he😅...tool obsession.😊 Interesting video,🧐 because I'm interested in squares...masive-stronger type, like the Swanson-metric "speed-square"...I have three of them, but they're very expensive here...I need to look into Tajima...good brand...I have quite a few from them...Japan-Pull Aluminist Saw with multiple blades...left-handed cutter, silicone press...really good brand😃👌👍
Nice package bro
3:00 it's not aluminium it's magnesium.
Yes, that's right. I didn't realize that when I bought it. It is super light weight.
How does your phone read conji?
That is the Google Translator app. I'd be lost without it.
