The woman at McDonalds was so embarrassing, I felt sorry for her child. Some people shouldn't have kids AT ALL!
People like these are one of the reasons I don't work in customer service anymore. I used to be a ticket agent for a major airline. I can't tell you how many times I got blamed for customer's failure to arrive on time for their flight. Then I got yelled at and one man tried to fight me because he had a bag that weighed more than a baby elephant and would have cost him over $150.
In Alaska when I was boarding the flight, they said my bag was like 8 pounds over. I went back to the counter & the lady patiently waited for me to move stuff into my carry-on. Problem solved. There was no issue. I don’t understand why people are so aggressive towards airline employees

I have worked retail in the past and can say with confidence that customers can be the biggest pieces of crap.
The customer is NOT always right. The customer is rarely right.
That first woman was ridiculous. Between scaring her kid and not caring, making her financial situation everyone's business, then calling someone to "pull up" on the employee is just.....I'm at a loss for words. It has to be exhausting if your very first instinct during a conflict is to jump right into getting irrationally aggressive. Her poor kid.

In the end of that clip this woman who purchased his Q-tips was an absolute idiot. You don't reward a person for acting worse than a toddler.. She had to have missed a majority of what occurred. He threw sh*t all over the floor and physically threatened the workers. I don't give a sh*t, during COVID most people didn't want to wear a mask but they did it anyway without causing a freaking scene... The worst thing to happen was installing cameras in cellphones. In some instances it's proven helpful in helping a person get justice but in a majority of situations it's some a**hole filming just to cause problems and controversy or to torment others.. But that POS thought if he whined, insulted employees and threw sh*t on the floor he'd get his way.. If she were an employee and on the receiving end of his antics ,threats, insults and destructive behavior it would be an entirely different story...

In my opinion she was not that bad. If there was a angry customer meter from yellow to red I’d put her at somewhere between yellow and orange. She wasn’t slamming and chucking stuff at the employee or trying to physically assault the employee. She is nowhere near the worst.

I work in customer service now and I absolutely despise it. Currently looking for something else. Being in customer service has shown me alot about people and because of it I can't stand humans.

Unfortunately, customers are always a part of doing business. I work in manufacturing and my customers are dentists and some of them act just as entitled and crazy as the people in these videos.
Same. Im college educated & have decades of experience but took horrible advice from an associate & took a customer service positio. In addition to the horrible customers, it's municipal court for a huge city that is stuck in 1972& on top of that mgmt doesnt gaf & micro manage.
Ive put in too much work to be where I am and will NEVER again, blindly take a position from the advice of an associate.

If a stores policy is that you wear a mask, then you wear the fucking mask. It’s not your house, it’s not to your store. It’s their property. If their policy is legally in line with policy of the land then you abide by it or go fuck yourself. You aren’t a “free thinker” for disagreeing with policy, it’s perfectly or go t and reasonable to do so. But you abide by simple shit so as to not inconvenience people with your horseshit.
They should play a few of these every night on the evening news country wide. It would help humble more people.

@@MsDudette21 As someone who works in fast food, I can tell you it is far from a pleasant environment. Constant sweltering heat and grease in the air that leaves you sweaty and feeling disgusting, constant noise of all the grills and fryers so you always have to either talk loud or have people repeat themselves (sometimes more than once), high stress during rushes, and if you’re in view of customers, you aren’t allowed to even lean to take a bit of a rest during slow periods. The most days I’ve worked in a row is 3, and even that was exhausting. I can barely even imagine 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT of that! A reaction like he gave is perfectly understandable!

I do because some of the places near where I live suck. Bad attitudes and not really towards me but they'll treat their employees like shit within ear shot.
I’ve had a few bad experiences, but I never get angry and carry on like they always do, there’s no point and doesn’t help the situation, I always politely ask for the manager depending on how bad the situation was, but I never yell at the person or be rude at all.
I only had bad experiences from BEHIND the counter. I was 16 and it was my first job. The belittlement towards employees and the entitlement of customers was crazy. Definitely a learning experience in life and it gave me ultimate respect for fast food employees that have to deal with BS on the daily.

Crazy part is not gonna lie if you actually worked in customer service you’d see why some employees act the way they do. Vice versa I could definitely see the reason customers do the most, a lot of these employees kinda took situations that could be solved in a way better manner and escalate them.

My first day doing doordash...i went to an EXTREMELY busy local spot, had to wait in line 20 min just to say i was there to PICK UP a DoorDash order---and THEN wait 15min for them to cook it. Oh and the staff chastised me as if i was there to "steal food". I delivered to this fat man, and as soon as i drove off he had the NERVE to say he never recd his food! His order was so memorable & i had even called him as he requested once i arrived! All that for a 15pc wing that he prob hoofed down before he even hit "not received"!

I’ve had to deal with a customer that said an item was “mismarkerd”. If it is off a couple of dollars that’s one thing, but in my case she claimed it was 70 percent on clearance. When I checked the shelf, it was taken from the regular shelf and then claimed that it was on the clearance shelf. She got so mad that we were not going to honor it, she threw the small appliance at the customer service member’s head, then ran out the door. Thank goodness she missed.
If people from the past who were truly victimized could see this, they would be shocked. Everyone wants to be at a disadvantage or considered discriminated against. If the struggle was actually real and not, I SAID NO MUSTARD, these people couldn’t take it.
