Top 10 Sonic Generations Stage Mods

Sonic Generations features an active modding community, with players producing a vast variety of mods, such as stages, character models, visual effects, audio, animations, as well as improvements and modifications for the base game. In celebration of what is considered to be one of the best 3D mainline Sonic games 10 year anniversary, I went down memory lane and rediscovered and revisited my personal favourites. Today, I'll be going through my Top 10 Sonic Generations Stage Mods.

3:33 well actually, there is a mod for hedgemodmanager called quick boot+ you can play as any character, in any stage, in any style, but there is a chance it will corrupt your save file so if you want to use this mod, back up your save file first, but you can play as modern sonic in classic stages and classic Sonic in Modern stages, all with the intended moveset, and yes, you can spindash in 3D without crashing the game

Do stage mods take over other stages? Or are these stages added to the ones already there. I refuse to get the unleashed in generations or the sonic 06 in generations mod due to not having access to generations on its own.

With the Unleashed mod and other other level mods it’s just one click to un-tick the mod and press save in the mod manager if you want to go back to the regular Sonic Generations. You’ll have separate save files for each mod and Generations so you won’t lose any progress. It’s really easy and I highly recommend it.

There's not enough variations in Music Cave for it to seem cool to me. It's the same level from Sonic 2 only with good graphics.

It’s included with the sonic adventure generations mod, if you want it standalone just make your own with the Classic Sonic.ar00 (classics model) and just add a .ini file
