What about acrylic for the boat 13W7 boxes? Also, excited to hear your assessment on the trulli subs. I feel like all opinions on them are biased. Excited to hear how you compare them to the JLs.
Acrylic works however there doesn’t seem to be a substitute for a wood enclosure as far as sound quality and output. Pro tip paint the outside or inside of your wood enclosures even if it is just with rattle can primer. seals the wood and we can actually tell the difference.
@@spokaneaudiothank you for the tip. I am working on some sealed enclosures now and I plan to hit them with rattle can raptor liner to seal em up. First time trying it and looking forward to it. It’s a 2K based liner so I’m hoping it dries hard and seals everything as you mentioned.
