Thanks for the update Wes. After all the BS that Levy Co has done, I would find it hard to trust anyone in the Judicial System from there. Just a thought, but could you ask your own county’s DA’s office/ County Court Or your Sheriffs office if there was another way to do it. Stay strong Wes. ☮️❤️Out 😊🫶💕🇦🇺🐨🦘

Talk to Mark Feather an attorney in Levi County, he can tell you who is in charge of cases dealing with Crook. The governor made a secret on it the other day. He can help get you to someone who can help you. He is a good kind man.

Make an appointment for a free consultation at a lawyer near you (or more than one if you want more than one opinion) and be sure to ask about your daughter having her own advocate to be sure she’s protected legally and otherwise in court. I would call your local courthouse and see if you can get help. They could call Florida to find about what you need to do. It sounds like this woman doesnt want to do her job want you to drop everything on your end. Call Travis who can get in contact with Jeramy who can talk to his lawyers.

Beware of the local prosecutor because they can single handedly decide there isn't enough evidence to get a conviction. They already asked for you to agree to lesser charges.
