Toshishiro Obata

Toshishiro Obata Sensei is the founder of the International Shinkendo Federation. He also played Master Tatsu, Shredder's right hand man, in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie. This video is a tribute to Obata's mastery of the samurai Katana as well as his role in the Ninja Turtles movie. Ninja Vanish.
