I have a 150rb and if you're light as me, I easily race the 250 until a certain moment that it catches up with me due to their peak speed! These are the best bike!
Not gonna lie. That's an impressive amount of power for a 150cc 4 stroke. Legit it's some how 2x as powerful as a 125cc 4 stroke. Makes me want one lol
got an 07 this weekend as my first bike and whiskey throttled the hell out of it broke back fender and crushed the exaust an hour into riding it lol that costed me 150$ very powerful bike 23.5 horses!!
Random Guy maybe for people that don't race. but racing them just shows how slow they are. i had one and placed 6th. one week later i got a 2018 kx100 and placed 1st at the same track. the 150rs just don't have enough power to run in the supermini class. they top out too easily in the straight stretches. and they aren't very good with jumping because you have to be in a gear higher than normal being that if you hit the rev limiter on the 150rs it messes up the valves in them.
If you hold the rev limiter for a while the engine WILL blow up on any bikes. 2 strokes are a little better because you need to use it’s power at high rmps but not as much for 4 strokes
Its only sometimes when you see a guy ride like that. Great video and im feel like getting a 150r now and that was some great motovation for it too. 👍good on ya
mine blew up on an idle. sucked two exhaust valves. honda's are garbage. and hitting the rev limiter is bad on the valves in these little 150s. the kx100 is the faster bike. and the better bike all around.

Thetanksniper_ 09 the key word here is.. 4 strokes just suck. the big bikes don't blow up as easy. the race 250s and 450s can hit the rev limiter without messing up the valves. all i'm trying to say is the honda 150rs suck.
I have a dhz 140cc and dhz 160cc they rip but forever fixing breaking and tightening bolts and cost abit over time,I almost got a 2020crf150r big wheel the other day might pop on it,so much faster better even though I got $4g and love my 250two stokes,could get a sick Yamaha or KTM sx250 but couple more weeks and I could own my first brand new dirtbike 6g at the local bike shop

I would say that’s a pretty good idea I ride a KX85 and it’s about the same power as a 125 2 stroke but in a 4 stroke the 150 is a great bike if you want some more power but not too much
The gearing on the bike is really short and it hits the rev limiter at what I feel it too early. I think It could go a lot further. In other words, I don't think it is a problem. Top RPM is where the most HP is anyways.

I had a fully built 150r 10 years ago when I was 14 and it was the best bike I’ve owned. Currently riding a 21 450r.

Way faster, this bike is a race bike 150r and has 23 hp, the 150f has 12 hp, and the 125 has 8.9 hp
