I think you should touch more on the perpetual toxicity within the military when it comes to the transitions/mentoring out of enlisted to NCO. There is a precedent there that has echoed over time. Many older NCOS going into the deployments from 2001 were either previous gulf war Vets or non-combat experianced career military. Both had merits but equal to the toxicity they brought. Which cost the mission a lot in issues for future leadership or a precedent for future employment to those they failed. Great points and thoughtful. Keep it up! Stand and deliver FTW!
