- Pregnant Mother Dog Keeps Smiling, Showing Deep Gratitude for Help
Mama was found wandering the streets of a neighborhood notorious for its gang activity. She has marks on her body that illustrate a life of survival on the streets.
There’s a piece of what looks like tar stuck to her fur in one area, and her body appears to have birthed multiple litters. Despite this, she remains loving and trusting. She squeezes her head in your armpit seeking comfort and friendship.
She doesn’t make a sound as the neighbor dogs bark in the distance. She quietly surveys her new area, licks my face, and snuggles into her bed until it’s time to get up and do it all over again.
Tonight, we will let her rest and get comfortable in her area, and tomorrow we will give her a warm bath and prepare for the arrival of her mystery pups.
Please help me pick a perfect name for this mama.
She is beyond sweet.
She just tries to bury her head in your arms or lap.
Baby girl got a nice bath today and we did our best getting as much of the tar unstuck from her without pulling her hair out.
Look how white and beautiful her coat looks!
We decided upon Zia.
I think it’s perfect for her.
This stray mama dog are so sweet, grateful, and loving...
no matter what they’ve been through in the past.
She will be somebody’s “Angel” one day.
I’m so excited for the puppies to arrive...
In the first stages of labor, she will likely start to pace and pant, and she will not have any interest in eating.
She will definitely be visibly uncomfortable, possibly for several hours.
The puppies are moving violently.
I love you Zia, you are one special girl.
We are getting very close!
Our vet estimates within the next 24 hrs
She’s doing well, nesting quite vigorously (she’s v particular),

Mama is exhausted but everyone is doing well!
All the babies have latched and are filling up their little bellies
Zia is finally more relaxed and is currently snoring away as the pups eat.
Zia always does a headcount when she comes back to her babies.
She is finally starting to move around more...

I am very happy to see dogs who are well taken off, especially if they get love and caring. Or if they are being saved. My younger brother is probably still alive, just because of his dog.
I just dont get what the people who post those videos, get from it. Normally, they have not filmed themselves, and have just gotten the video from another channel / person (I am refering to other "dog loving" channels). This is clearly not the case in this wonderful channel. Its so hearthwarming to see those cute very young puppies and there loving mother. It makes me happy. I hope, you will find a great forever home for all of them, where they will be treated well, be loved and taken well caref off.
