- Applied light stabilization to avoid screen shake, but not too much to remove the aesthetic or crop too much of the outer edge. Upscaled to 4K using Prog-Artemis Denoise/Sharpen.
Just practicing with upscaling tech on some newly public domain content. :)

Next thing you know, people are going to be asking you to completely remake it from scratch with modern Pixar graphics in Houdini 😳 Great job, and way to stay patient with the peanut gallery! Personally, I think there would be more lost than gained by overhauling the audio and adding color, and am well aware that the slight cropping is just a necessary evil when it comes to stabilizing. Is the Topaz stuff worth it? I would love to have it but struggle with where to put it on the priority list haha.

Why does the screen sometimes slide? Is it due to the stabilisation?
Yeah. The more it’s stabilized, the more of the outside that has to be cropped. By letting it slide a bit left and right, you can keep more of the full image instead of cropping. I was able to get it to not move at all, but it cropped the outer edges too much. This is sort of right in the middle.

Very true. Image stabilization crops some of the outside. I was able to get it to not shake at all, but then it’s even more zoomed in to stop the shake. So I just applied a little bit.

More to reduce blurring when stretched to 4K. This keeps clean lines. :)
