@@bobdole4432 See, this is something I've noticed about sesshomaru fanboys. Most have never seen this show before, I have watched every single episode, including filler episode from beginning to end movies included not to mention the rare OVAS. Wanna know how I know you never saw this episode? because if you did you'd know naraku actually outsmarted him and sesshomaru was too cocky for his own good. Naraku would have absorbed him and as a result killed him if not for Inuyasha breaking him out with his red tessiaga. Watch the show in its entirety, it's far too common for those who have seen a moment or two and think they've watched every aspect of each episode and fight. Sesshomaru was essentially too cocky at this point to realize he would have died.
@@gibsonflyingv2820 Though I agree people put him on a pedestal, I do think in this scenario Sesshomaru wouldn't have died, you can see as Inuyasha broke him free, he was using his sword as a shield from being absorbed. I do agree he was trapped but I don't think it was a do or die situation, he was just stuck. The only other thing I question is if he WAS in a dire situation there, what if he transformed into his full power form (dog form). That would have broken him free (most likely). He also threatened to go after Naraku in this form and Naraku ran for the hills proving he was outclassed easily vs his dog form.
@mariksgirl14 The fact that Sesshoumaru was so calmed and let himself be swallowed was already a sign that he could and did break free without a sweat. Being a pure demon, he should Naraku what true power was all about.
@whoo689 this whole part is not the same episode. The first part of this video is from a completely differnet epsode then the second part. In the first part Naraku actually covered Sessy and was ready to absorb him completely but luckily Inuyasha came and saved him.

@DylanDe117 Naraku finally dies in the Final Act episode 29. (last part of Inuyasha series) It's not in Eng dub though.
