Lots of value here. I agree that the jump between media could be quite challenging but I don't think it is easier to jump between audiences on same media. In my own experience, I started these one after the other for the same audience - Blog - Newsletter -Podcast The audience remained similar: Doctors keen to make smarter financial decisions. TDLR has nailed newsletters and understand their audience deeply but I wonder if they may test the podcast model through a few options or try them all -Run a survey within their audience to test if they 1)Listen to podcasts 2) Want a podcast in that niche 2) Launch a podcast - see it as a 6 months project and see how it goes. Use email list to promote podcast through mentions 3) Partner with creators or a podcast company, invite audience members to feature on podcast just to talk about their work Worth considering.
