Congratulations!!! Definitely change the name to a refresh and to suit you better. Maybe Laura can come up with a monthly cocktail that’s on offer. Also- a special drink or a few just that people can only get at your bar. Since you can’t offer food, perhaps you can partner with a local restaurant or food truck that will deliver to your restaurant. Or offer bagged snacks for purchase . This will just make people stay longer and try more drinks ❤ best wishes!!! Can’t wait to hear more about it

Love the bar and the plans for it. Love that you have a accessible toilet and ramp. It's nice that you thought of that. My job was making sure all the youth clubs in liverpool were accessible for disabled young people so I'm a anorak when it comes to accessible toilets lol. Xx
Congratulations, we stayed in the aqua mar last Christmas and spent quite a lot of time in Buddies bar , we didn't know there was an upstairs terrace!! Back again this Christmas but staying in Porto colon we'll catch the bus in and pay you a visit 🎉🎉

Buddies Bar was always a great friendly bar, no music but was always very busy. Loved the roof top part of the buddies & as you say it wasn’t used as much as it could of been. Looking forward to see how you transform it! Congratulations to you both ❤
I’m so excited for you both! It’s an amazing opportunity, congratulations🎉 my dad’s owned 2 pubs for the last 13 years so I’ve always grew up in them, we come over October half term so I hope I get to see the transformation😍
Congratulations! We have never been there on previous visits because of where we have stayed but we come back the end of September into October so fingers crossed we will catch the opening before we travel home. Maybe not a popular opinion with all but we do enjoy going to bars that are non smoking, it’s nice to enjoy a drink outside without inhaling the smoke. It’s so easy for smokers just to step outside onto the path.

Also qr code ordering instead of having to queue at the bar, make so much more money I think! Please keep the pool table on the rooftop terrace, love a beer and pool evening.
