Stunning…I’ve heard you say before that you need a new descriptive word for your colours ,your paintings & your style of painting and I think isn’t it obvious there’s only 1 word I think of and that’s “sexy” 🤭

Question for you- how do you clean up your drippings for you slop paint when they’re on wee wee pads? I would think they would absorb? Boy, as a beginner do I make a mess!!!! I’m obviously using way too much paint! 😂
Susan some is absorbed. I scrape it with a large paint scraper. Then I strain it and reuse. Never an issue.
@@COZCreationsArt thank you! I have plastic on my folding table and large silicone mats. I’m obviously using waay too much paint because it’s like a flood 😂 I’ve tried scraping with a paint scraper but then there are bits from my silicone mat I wasn’t able to get off on a prior pour. I seem to get a lot of blues & purples 😂 lately. I’m going to practice less paint and the pads as I had it dripping down onto painting cloths on the floor even! It’s fun though!

Gayle it took about an hour to paint then an hour to embellish. Then an hour to varnish. The longer it takes the happier i am.

Beautiful. I am just learning so my question is does it worry you to have so much paint on the pour part of the piece? Will it dry okay?
Yes it will Charlotte. You can see the dried result at the end of the video. This is why i tilt the painting. I let the excess paint roll off the canvas 😊
I love it and the brown part you talked about painting over just makes me think of a mountain scene. I see a very cool sky with the mountains and then the reflection of the sky on the water. Just what I see haha! I would love to chat with you about purchasing this but would love it as is :)
