What I notice is that a lot of the best products also work great as a standalone setup. This makes it easy to get started and move into more advanced stuff when I regrating with Home Assistant
I would go lifx for better colours - Paul hibbert has done a good comparison Or if you want cheap (and don’t mind slightly dimmer) then any zigbee ones
Will, i am guessing you are still using the Sonoff Zigbee bridge, the fact that is has a Wifi bridge in the same box have you experienced any issues with Wifi interfering with Zigbee?

@@WillSurridgeTech Thank you very much, will look into them! For now i'm using Hue bulbs and the Osram/Lightify ones.
