BTW there is a mod to randomize texture packs. Its actual use is as a resource pack display mod, or a resource pack manager mod, idk which one it is but I have it in my mod folder, but it has a command to randomly choose one mod from your resource pack list
If you really want it I can find out which one of them does it and put the mod link here.
How do u get that dark of a block outline i put the scale for width and darkness max but still not that dark
